Nipun Malhotra joins the program from India to discuss his journey of being diagnosed with a disability called arthrogryposis which causes the muscles in the arms and legs to be underdeveloped. Nipun shares how he decided to sit up for his rights in 2012, starting the Nipman Foundationthat works in the area of health and advocacy for Persons with Disabilities.
