Thomas Booker, Jenna Brown, Maya Dodson and Ryan Walker-Hartshorn share their personal experiences as Black student athletes and discuss new ways to empower, educate and create real change. From dissecting performative activism, to examining the divide in the Black community at Stanford, this conversation provides a critical lens into how covert racism shows up on college campuses around the country.

The Molecular Biology major has been working on research with epidemiologist Dr. Patrica Cummings, to predict the spread of the virus in his own backyard, Coachella Valley.
University of Arizona's Head of Immunobiology, Dr. Janko Nikolich-Zugich discusses the importance of slowing down the spread of COVID-19 and more importantly immunity to the virus. Dr. Janko reiterates, following social distancing and personal protection guidelines extends time for experts to find and begin early treatments.
TRACE was started after Ben Dalziel, Assistant Professor in OSU's College of Science, Jeff Bethel, Associate Professor in OSU's College of Public Health and Human Services, and some of their colleagues were discussing the COVID-19 testing shortage. As a group, they felt that with the resources they had at Oregon State University they could be of assistance. TRACE has launched door to door COVID-19 testing in the Corvallis community to gather information on the spread of the virus. Stay safe!
