Another court has blocked President Biden's student debt cancellation plan. Today,  a federal appeals court for the 8th circuit put a halt to the program... last week it was a US judge in Texas. Since then the Department of Education has stopped accepting applications.  Boyd explains how this leads to uncertainty and could have been prevented if the White House had done this through Congress rather than executive order.
