20 years ago this week, Congress approved George W. Bush's invasion of Iraq with the AUMF... AKA the 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force. Since then, presidents have used the AUMF to justify military strikes not authorized by Congress. But could it be coming to an end soon? Olivier Knox from the Washington Post breaks down how some lawmakers are trying to repeal it and take back Congress' war powers.
