This November, 63 judges will be on the ballot in Utah, and voters will have a chance to decide who gets appointed to the bench. But since judges don't campaign directly, many Utahns have no idea how to fill out that section of the ballot.  Jennifer Yim from the Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission tells voters everything they need to know to make an informed decision.
