The Dignity Index has released the first scores for Utah's candidates who are running for Congress.  The Dignity Index looks at how candidates treat their opponents online, in speeches, or during debates. Jason Perry from the Hinckley Institute and Jesse Graham from the University of Utah break down the latest scores, what they mean, and the science behind the index.
