Discourse in America is less civil now than it was even a few years ago. And as we head into the midterm elections... it's heating up rather than cooling down.... from cruel attack ads to name calling on the debate stage. But a new measure will score candidates on how well they treat their opponents. It's called the Dignity Index. Tim Shriver from UNITE joins Boyd to explain how it will bring dignity back into our discourse.
