Should Halloween be permanently celebrated on Friday? A new resolution making its way through the legislative session would designate Friday as the permanent date for celebrating Halloween. The goal is to avoid those awkward years where the holiday falls on a Sunday or a weekday and parents are split on when to send their kids out trick-or-treating. Maura and Taylor debate whether or not this is a good idea.
