A new report from the Manhattan Institute says that the makeup of the Democratic party has changed to include more college-educated whites and non-college-educated minorities. But Zach Goldberg from the Manhattan Institute says the former is having a greater influence on the party's agenda and message... sometimes to the detriment of the latter.
