Former President Trump has proposed an odd idea to boost housing supply and bring down costs.... a contest to build "freedom cities." While building cities out of nowhere may not be the best idea... he's onto something. The federal government owns a LOT of land. Christian Britschgi from Reason says the feds need to get out of the way and open up land for purchase to local governments.
