Today marks 20 years since the US invaded Iraq. In 2001 only one member of Congress voted against the war in Afghanistan: Rep. Barbara Lee. Rep. Lee believed Congress was abdicating its war powers. And she turned out to be right. Boyd reflects on that moment 20 years ago and looks at a new effort by Senator Tim Kaine to repeal the AUMF and formally end the wars.
