Congress is back after a long recess, and it has a jam-packed Spring agenda. Top of the list? The debt limit. There's a lot of rhetoric... and not a lot of action on the debt ceiling. Speaker Kevin McCarthy gave a speech this morning at the New York Stock Exchange... imitating Ronald Reagan in 1985. Senate leader Chuck Schumer later gave his rebuttal.
