Utah's economy was recently ranked #1 for best economic outlook. But some business leaders in Utah are worried that the federal Environmental, social, and governance rules could be bad for business. Derek Miller from the Salt Lake Chamber says Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a better alternative that would allow free markets to flourish.
