Today, after long delays, foreign aid legislation may make it onto the House floor for a vote. Rather than use the bill passed in the Senate, foreign aid will instead be broken up into a series of 4 bills that each member will vote on. Will they pass? And will the aid get to Ukraine and Israel in time to make the difference on the battlefield?
