The U.S. life expectancy dropped by a year and a half in 2020. We haven't seen this large of a decline since World War II. And according to the CDC, the pandemic is mainly to blame for this decline. Pam Perlich, Director of Demographic Research at the University of Utah, joins us to discuss the reasons why the life expectancy fell and if we can get it back up.
