There was a heated exchange last week between an Associated Press reporter and a State Department spokesman over a potential Russia-Ukraine conflict. While reporters and government officials sparring is nothing new, what can this tell us about how instant certainty and arrogance are framing many of the discussions around important issues in the news and public at large?
