Today, many Utahns are celebrating Juneteenth for the first time since it was declared a state and federal holiday. Betty Sawyer, head of the Ogden Chapter of the NAACP, has dedicated much of her life trying to make Juneteenth an official holiday. She joins us to discuss what this day means to her.
