Some poor and middle class people are a little nervous after the Senate passed their spending bill this weekend. That's because it will pay for thousands of new IRS agents to conduct many more audits. While the IRS says they're only going after the big guys, the Tax Foundation's Alex Muresianu says that might not be true.
