While there are a lot of cultural issues tearing Americans apart--free speech, abortion, LGBTQ rights, and transgender participation in women's sports--if we turn down the heat and approach the debate in a better way, we can get to better outcomes. Utah Governor Spencer Cox had some interesting things to say about these issues and a better way to approach them when he spoke to The Washington Post earlier this week.
