College students across the country are going to their classes today with a skip in their step knowing that some of their student loans will be forgiven. But what they don't know is that they might have to pay taxes on their canceled debt. Vice President of Federal Tax Policy at the Tax Foundation joins the show to discuss how that will work and who might be exempted.
