Ericka Graham continues our series highlighting the voices of women throughout the Christian tradition, and focuses on Elaine Padilla and her work, Divine Enjoyment: A Theology of Passion and Exuberance. Ericka weaves some of Elaine’s theology with quotes from women in the Houston area to help highlight the expansive and deep nature of joy. Ericka also points us towards some of Jesus’ words that encourages us to find joy, even in hard circumstances.
