Russ Harlow is an army veteran, former rugby player, father of three, and owner of Reliable Remediation in Brooklyn, Connecticut. As part of a franchise model remediation company, Russ struggled within the brand as he grew and his core values didn't align anymore with the company. There were feelings of grief and loss as he was helped to realize it was time to move on from where he was at.
