Andy Mcwilliams is currently the technical manager and national trainer of North America for Novalis Innovative Flooring but was formerly an installer for many years. As an installer and now even more so as a technical rep he sees issues with installations everyday. Many times the installers say they don't know why it failed and they blame it on the product. Whether it be the actual flooring, a self leveling underlayment, adhesive, or another supply. Andy will help shed some light on why installers need to take back their trade through continuing education and just simply reading the directions or making a phone call when problems arise. It's up to us to get the rest of us trained as qualified labor.
