He pre-purchases it online and shows up in store to pick it up, except that the clerk won't give him the phone. Instead, the guy tries to sell him the phone that he already paid for! When OP complains, the guy mocks OP and tells him to call customer support. So, that's exactly what he does and he gets the dude fired!
