Growing up a coach's kid, Kyle never thought he'd become a coach. In fact, he thought he'd follow more in his mom's path and sell insurance. However, we're glad he caught the coaching bug as a part-time coach during grad school and carried that through to positions at Johnson County CC, Missouri S&T, and now at Pittsburg State University.

Join us today as we explore Kyle's career that focuses on the D2 NCAA level, the mentors that helped him along the way and the lessons he's learned. We'll also talk about what it's like to host the NCAA D2 Championship meet, while trying to win it as a team!
