being a employee gave me the opportunity to go to a staff party which I couldn't pass up. I didn't get to full experience it but going there and just seeing my coworker in a out of work setting let me see the value and importance of things like this if I was to build a business or a company. but I wouldn't see the value of it if I decided to not go and experience it for my self as an employee.
