It's getting harder and harder for some people to even think about owning their own homes. The latest numbers out Thursday say mortgage rates have hit their highest numbers in more than 20 years. It's only taken 2 years for mortgage interest rates to double. KRLD business analyst David Johnson joined Ask the Expert on Thursday.
