Our study continues in Mat.20:17. Jesus is on the road to Jerusalem along with His disciples. He takes this opportunity to tell the disciples once again that He would be crucified and raised on the third day and who would be doing this to Him. Our Lord knew what was going to happen to Him. He was willing to fulfill what was written about Him, the Messiah, in the Scriptures.
