Hey everyone! Today I talked with the amazing professional intuitive and psychic medium, Michael Francis Lott. We covered so much good information for you today and I can't wait for you to have a listen! We discuss how to develop your intuition, what the "Other Side" or the "Spirit World" is (and where), spirit guides, the language of the other side, the four Clairs, understanding intuition and how to interpret your own psychic language. This was one of the most riveting conversations I've had on the pod and I can't wait to share it with you guys!

Welcome back to The Art of Healing podcast; I've missed you guys! The past couple of weeks have been deeply nourishing for me, as I took some time to enjoy and process a transformative psychedelic journey, as well as a magical psychic reading which I had been waiting for for many months. These two separate experiences have forced me to slow down and take a much needed break from the podcast and from my therapy work, but I am so glad to be back! Today we have a guest who is very dear to my heart. My high school Ashtanga yoga/English teacher, Melinda Atkins dropped in and our pre-pod convo went so long that we only have a quick 30 min snippet for you today. But fear not, I'm sure she will be back on in the not-so-distant future. We get into some fun high school stories, the injury which lead her to begin yoga, and how you can find and take her online classes now at Aum Home Shala. Thank you so much for listening and have an amazing Thanksgiving. I will be back to you next week with a bangin' new guest!

Hey everyone! This week we have my close friend, Kate Caldwell guesting on the pod. Kate has a lot of wisdom regarding emotional balance, forging new paths, and continuing on with difficult relationships in healthy ways. In this episode we spend time talking about embodiment, the importance of community building and interdependence, as well as the various pressures imposed on women by larger society (things like marriage and people pleasing). I am so excited to be able to share this rich and dynamic conversation with you all. Please enjoy!
