Is it negative self-talk? Is it related to childhood trauma? Are you embarrassed to workout? Do you wish you could figure out WHY everyone actually WANTS to go to the gym?? Are you always unhappy no matter how hard you work? Well, this is the chat for you.

We hope you leave this episode feeling a little less unstuck, but its a journey for all of us honey, no one ever truly arrives. Let's talk FITNESS! :)

How much relationship-info should you share with your friends and family? And how do you make sex less awkward?

All of these questions + more will be covered as we drive home the importance of having good communication with your partner, and how to gradually improve if you’re lacking those skills!

Madison sits down with her college best friend/teammate, Jessi, and the girls have a lot to say. After enduring an extremely tumultuous basketball season together, they touch on mental health for athletes, share stories of navigating a sport with an abusive coach, and reminisce through hilarious college memories. A key point the girls talk about is how not to put your identity in athletics, and how to find things you love doing apart from the sport you spend hours dedicating to. Jess is one of those friends that no matter how much time passes, you can pick right back up where you left off.

For the final episode of this 3-part series, the couple reaches a pinnacle on their discussion around marijuana addiction. This is the deepest the couple has gone on this podcast, and if there’s one episode they encourage you to listen to…it’s this one.

What's the worst addiction on earth? Vaping. Madison and Josh drop some truth bombs in this episode, and expose themselves for the past, (almost) decade of their lives they spent juuling, when they thought no one was watching. As health coaches and leaders encouraging others to get rid of unhealthy tendencies, the couple was tired of feeling like frauds for having a secret vice that was doing so much more harm than good. Now that they have finally quit, and conquered their nicotine addiction, they want to help others break the chains of such a lingering habit. Trust me, they know how hard it is.
