Hello. I'm excited today is this is my first podcast.I'm happy to finally have done it as all this time of been pondering on it, looking through my life coaching and hoping that one day I'll be able to talk about it. To really be able to talk about what I've learnt over the years. In what I'm passionate about. So today. I would love to talk about the inner child. What I've discovered over the months or the years is If our inner child is not healed, if it's not settled a lot of things just don't fall into place. Yeah. If you've ever been in the spot things are just not making sense. But then also for my experience as a nurse, as a pediatric nurse specifically. I had learnt about the attachment styles, attachment theories. But when you're uni. Doing a post-grad in. Acute care, pediatrics. The last thing you've ever think of is that that information about an attachment can actually be something that you could also. apply in life coaching. So. Going back to the relationship. The that was a bit challenging. I realized that the challenging time became a blessing because I managed to get to look at attachments. In how an attachment style mean style can affect.the way you view the world.
