In this episode, Nas talks you through on how you can implement healthy habits that can help you on your healing journey. The habits that you can form through getting to know yourself by dating YOU. Don't wait for anyone to come and show you the love that you've been needing. You can show yourself love. It's essential to create a stable foundation for yourself when it comes to your self-image.

What do we need to pay attention to?

  • There are many things that we do on a daily basis that can negatively impact the way we view ourselves. This can range from the ways we talk about ourselves when we're looking at the mirror, neglecting ourselves by ignoring our needs, wants, goals and what makes us happy in general.

  • It's time to put all that time and energy back into ourselves instead of constantly pouring it into others. It's time to reconnect with ourselves and rediscover who we are. The person you are underneath all that trauma, the person you are at your core.

  • Start making a change today. Take yourself out on a date. Where have you been thinking about going?

  • Reconnect with your hobbies.

  • Challenge yourself to new things.

  • Treat yourself to a nice meal.

  • Do a fun activity that makes you feel alive!

Let's heal together.

In this episode, Nazzaleen talks about how difficult healing can be after you've endured too much trauma. You get hurt so many times to the point where you think maybe you shouldn't be yourself anymore. You start to think that you should stop being vulnerable and wearing your heart on your sleeve. Nazzaleen is here to remind you that there is strength in being kind and loving and holding on to the hope that the world can perhaps be a better place for us to live in. We need a community. We need each other, and that's okay to admit. One love.

Sometimes people ask for love in the most meanest ways, because they're deprived of it. In this episode, I talk about embodying the feeling of love and showing self-love and how it leads to positive outcomes. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/nazzaleensurrealpodcast/message
