I’ve had a lot of folks ask about the astrology of the summer, and as someone who strives not to put the “doom and gloom” spin on my predictions… I just haven’t known what to say, y’all 😅
But with these apocalyptic wild fires in the Northeast, the threat to the protections on the Amazon Rainforest, and a system that continues to support institutions over humans – it’s time to talk about Pluto Retrograding back into Capricorn this weekend

Meditation of the Day: Where in your life do you feel like you're lacking in love or support? What sensations, thoughts, and emotions does that bring up for you?
Any sense of separation from love is your ego's well-meaning attempt to keep you safe from harm...but does any of what the ego tells you make any sense? Is it universally true?
Allow your doubts to rise up, so you can turn the lights on it – and laugh heartily at giving yourself such a good scare like that – because with the lights on & you paying attention, you can see that none of your doubts carried any truth to begin with.

The Sun activates the 63rd Gene today – and this is the Way of Inquiry
When you allow "logic" to rule your mind & decisions, you're in the Shadow of Doubt. This cynical, closed-mindedness is not your divine state, so it's no wonder you try to figure your way out of it...
...but the mysteries of life & creation are far too magnificent for the human mind to break it down neatly into boxes & structure.
With the Moon still in Cancer (not to mention having Venus, Jupiter, & Chiron all conjunct in Aries!) – this is a cosmic opportunity to soften your heart, to boldly ask for what you want, and to heal the parts of you that believe you're somehow unworthy of your desires.

This is the final day the Sun is activating Gene 37 – and with the Moon in Cancer today, you've got a Universal invitation to love on yourself & look at yourself with the same unconditional grace & compassion that you'd have for your own children.
And if you're already there, that's great! Can you now begin to extend that love to others? Especially the folks you perceive as ...less than lovable?
(We've also got two MAJOR conjunctions this week – and I can't help myself & get into some of the juicy galactic goodness coming next week too 😍)

Meditation for the Day: ACIM says that fear is a "miscreation" – because love and fear cannot coexist. When we ask to be released from fear, we're only making the fear MORE real in our mind.
"The presence of fear shows that you have raised body thoughts to the level of the mind."
The next time you notice yourself in a state of fear or anxiousness, take a moment to do a full body scan – make mental notes about the sensations, emotions, & thoughts that take up space for you.
Are you fully present when you're in those states of anxiety, or are you "white-knuckling" to fix the past or control the future? Where can you lean more fully into the present, and give yourself permission to surrender to the rollercoaster of the Universe?

We've got two more days with the Sun activating Gene 37, and today – we build on yesterday's messaging to see how our language patterns impact our perception of who we are & what we're capable of.
The evolutionary process of this Gene shows us the way to overcome the Shadow inside that believes we're weak – can you spend some time looking at your Shadows & ask yourself if the beliefs you have about yourself would be OBJECTIVELY TRUE if they were applied to someone else.
Chances are, you're being a lot harder on yourself than is necessary 💜

Meditation for the Day: ACIM says that "perception" is a word that's used both for awareness & to describe the interpretation of awareness; and what you perceive is only your interpretation of what your senses are allowing you to be aware of.
As you go about your day, ask yourself whether you're perceiving things in your space based on your past experiences, or whether you're giving them the space to be perceived as they truly are, in this moment.
Have you, yourself, changed over time? Even from this morning to now? Do you want to be seen as you WERE, or as you are now? Can you give that tenderness to others?
