This podcast in meant to connect you with Holy Spirit-Jesus Christ- and God the Father through meditation. We meditate on what God is speaking to us and wait for peace in His presence. We acknowledge that all humans were created in the image of God and are loved by him. Wherever you are at in your journey of faith, you are invited to come and join us! YOU are loved by God!
Welcome Friends,
Today we are walking through the process of asking the Lord's forgiveness of our sin. With that comes the full process of allowing Holy Spirit to restore our minds and perspective of that sin, and then heal our hearts of any wounds that the sin has caused. Allow yourselves to walk through this full process of forgiveness including letting Jesus give you a new perspective on this sin, His perspective. Letting go of guilt and shame is also part of the process. May God bless you all with his presence in these moments.

This is another one of my favorite worship songs that the Lord ministered to me through recently and intensly. Sometimes we can forget how mighty and powerful the Lord truly is, and wants to be for us! He can heal anything and everything that needs to be healed in us. in these moments we give any hard things we've been feeling, any difficult people we have been dealing with, and any hard situations we have been going through. We do this to practice trusting the Lord with everything in our lives. Proverbs 3:5 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart;do not depend on your own understanding." This is an important practice to do (trusting the Lord). It helps us to regularly-gain peace and correct direction! When we practice giving the Lord our hard things, we are able to hear His advice on what to do about them. So go I am glad you are here in these moments-let's practice trusting Him together.

Welcome Friends, in these moments we allow the Lord to show us areas of our lives where we are feeling uncomfortable because he is taking us into a new path or asking us to do something we have never done before! Luke 5:37 says, “And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. For the new wine would burst the wineskins, spilling the wine and ruining the skins." Allowing God to do something new in us is necessary for our spiritual growth and production as Christians. But it can often feel hard so we acknowledge this and surrender any doubt -fear-or anxiety to the Lord we may have; then we choose to embrace his peace and joy! Welcome Friends, in these moments we stand together in unity telling confusion to go to the cross. Confusion has no place in a believers life, so when we are afflicted with it we need to take authority over it. Be aware that if you have been feeling confused a lot lately, it could be because you are in some sort of spiritual battle-In my recent study of scripture I found confusion was often used as a weapon in battle to keep the enemy unaware or unfocussed on how to win. 1Corinthians 14:33 tells us, "For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the meetings of God’s holy people." So, we agree together on this is Jesus name-may God in these moments bring peace and clarity into your mind! Amen!

Welcome Friends, in these moments we open ourselves up to Holy Spirit for him to reveal where we lack faith. Then, we ask our Holy Father to restore our faith because he is is the author and perfector of it. As Hebrews 12:2 reminds us, "We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne." We all have gone through so much these past few years and the years before, I am sure. We need restoring in all areas, even in our faith!

Welcome Friends, in these moments we release regret to Holy Spirit allowing him to convict us of continuing to hold on to it. We release regret because it hinders us from true repentance and change as well as keeps us from the joy and freedom that God has for us! 2 Corinthians 7:10 reminds us that, "...the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death." Regret comes from the evil one and is not from our Father. Allow the Lord, in these moments, to help you stop partnering with regret and walk into more freedom with Him! He loves you so, and has a GREAT plan for your life as he does for all of us!

Welcome Friends, in these moments we lay trauma at the foot of the cross of Christ. We allow the Lord to release us from the mental, emotional, and physical effects of trauma through the power of his presence! He is the healer of our minds and can do all things good for us! I read Ephesians 6:10-18 over us, reminding us how to protect our minds after he heals. These words of truth from the scripture equip us in going from this place of safety, on how to guard ourselves mentally and spiritually from the effects of stress and guard us from an way in which the enemy would try to attach us. I encourage you to continue to meditate on this passage over and over, going from this place.

Welcome Friends, in these moments we are reminded that the Lord is fighting to keep us safe in many ways. Sometimes we do not see the ways he is fighting for us, until we are partway through the struggle or journey. However, the truth is he IS fighting for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual safety! Rest in this truth friends. Our God is for us, not against us! Welcome Friends, in these moments God will reveal what things we are struggling with, that we need to have contentment in. Often we resist or despise our struggles as Christians, thinking we need to remove ourselves from "struggle" entirely or ask constantly "why must I struggle-it's not fair"!? The Bible promises that all who follow Christ will have struggles and Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 "But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong." So I invite you in these moments, to allow Holy Spirit to bring your heart to contentment about your struggles. In Jesus name-Amen

So we take this time to be renewed in the Lord's presence, by hearing his direction on what he wants us to do in these unloving areas of our lives. Or maybe you just need his all powerful healing in these areas-I trust that he will do whichever needs to happen for you as we linger in his presence together.

As Hebrews 13:5 states, "...be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” I love this scripture because it reminds us that whatever situation were are discontented with God will never fail or abandon us. Welcome Friends, in these moments Holy Spirit speaks to us about grief and we ask him if there are any areas in our life in which we are grieving and have not let him into. He desires to be with us in our grief in order to sit in it with us as a friend would. He wants to comfort us and give us peace, relieving some of the burden of it. Come and open yourselves up to him in these moments. I know it will not be easy, but he will meet us here. Look at Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, where the Bible reminds us that it is ok to grieve and a necessary part of life. These are verses have brought much comfort to me over the years.

We wait on Holy Spirit to reveal any truth to us that he feels we do not have. I encourage you to lay down "your truth" in exchange for His. Welcome Friends, and thankyou for joining me. In these moments we allow God to bring up the worries to our minds that we've been struggling with. We acknowledge that he desires to take the burden of worry from us and give us comfort and peace in exchange for it. God does not want us to live in constent worry! He shares this with us several times in his word. He also gives us instruction on how to handle it. Reference Philippians 4: 6-7 & 9: "6Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you." Hello Friends, in these moments on our podcast today I shared with you a word that the Lord shared with me, about how he may speak to me differently as I enter into a new season of my life. In one season he may speak to us differently, for example: through the Bible or our friends and in another season we may hear his audible voice or feel the peace of his presence every time we are moving the direction he wants us to go. We can look for examples of this happening to other followers of God in Exodus (with the Israelites) and in 1/2 Kings with the prophet Elijah. Sitting and meditating on Jesus and his voice for a few moments and reflecting on how we are hearing his voice currently is so important to the process of moving forward in whatever purpose he has called each on of us to. Please take a few moments to do this and enjoy the rest and peace that comes with being near our heavenly Father and Holy Spirit.

Hello Friends, in these moments the Lord brought the scripture of Acts 4:29-31 to my mind so we could meditate on the truth that we have boldness given to us by Holy Spirit. That boldness will help us do whatever it is that the Lord has asked each one of us to do! We also rested in his presence making sure to let go of the stresses that by keep us in a negative emotional state of mind, and to give those stresses to Jesus who desires to carry our burdens for us. Welcome Friends, I am so glad you joined me in these moments for our meditation time! This is a week that many feel gratitude for all they have-finding joy in many people and things around them. However, sometimes I feel it can be the hardest season to find joy in for different reasons. I felt God asking us to direct our "joy finding" toward Him and not toward our circumstances, ourselves, or toward those around us. Hello Friends, Thankyou for joining me for our time together as we meditate for several minutes on Jeremiah 23:23 & 24. Our God is all around us no matter our situation, "Do I not fill heaven and earth?", he reminds us in this passage of scripture. I love how All Power this scripture shows him to be. Sometimes we can forget that he is near us when we are walking through something or near someone difficult, but if adjust our eyes to be on Him we can begin to feel (even still being near that difficult person or in the middle of that hard moment) his presence and peace. During this holiday season, especially, go hid away friend; even if it's in your car driving or a quick walk outside-draw near to him. He is waiting with words of encouragement, guidance, and a GREAT and unfathomable love for you!

Hello Friends, in this episode we meditate on Psalm 139: 7, 8, 11, & 12. Holy Spirit reminds us that we are never far from God even if our emotions, thoughts, or situations tell us we are. The darkness you may be experiencing lately, is nothing for the Lord to remove from your life! He is so much more mightier than it! The Lord always wants to be near us. All we have to do is come and ask him to be near us and we will begin to feel him closer to us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Don't let the enemy or yourself rob you of that much needed soul connection with your Creator today by not taking time to be near Him. Remember no matter where you are at you can meet with him!

In this episode we talk about why we take every thought captive by mediating on 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. Guarding our minds from thoughts that do not aline with God's word is one of the most important practices we should have as Christians and believers of Christ Jesus! If we do not take ungodly thoughts captive they grow in our minds and spirits, and will eventually guide us away from our Holy Father who loves us so. Please take time to check in with God daily, allowing him to reveal thoughts to you that are not of him and that you have been struggling with! And remember...you can spend time in his presence wherever you are at-He wants to meet with you.

During this time of mediation, we are reminded that the Lord is not agitated with the things in us the we are frustrated with. The Lord is not angry with us about the things that others are angry with us about; He desires to meet with us and help us work through the things we are struggling with and show us his love. He desires to be with us in our weak moments. Psalm 23:1-6 reminds of this truth. Friends remember that wherever you are at in your journey with God, Holy Spirit wants to meet with you. You do not scare him away.

In this episode we listen to proverbs 3:1-6 reminding ourselves to submit all things in our lives to the Lord. We choose to do this act of surrender, so Holy Spirit can make strait the places in our lives where we are not going in the correct direction. God will make strait the areas in our lives only if we allow him to-it's our partnership with him and choosing his way instead of ours that corrects our direction and heals our thinking. Listening to the voice of the Lord is an important part of this process. Proverbs 3 verses 7 & 8 go on to address the physical health of our body when it says: 7Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. 8This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. I know I want all the health he can give me and I am Sure you do to! I pray God meets you, as you join me in these moments.

Welcome Friends-in these moments we focussed on Psalm 119:1-16. Taking time to allow God to bring his statutes to our minds is so important. As we wait on him he can correct us with his love, heal and renew our minds, and guide us to what we should be doing instead. This can only happen by taking time to listen to Holy Spirit and resting in his presence. God's Holy Spirit can do these things in us any wherever we are at as long as we are listening. He is THAT POWERFUL and omnipresent! That's an amazing thing about Him!
*And remember though it is important to take time to be still-you can always take time in his presence using these meditations while you are doing chores, getting groceries, sitting in your office or car. God desires to meet with you ANYWHERE!

What we often feel about facing trails and what God's word says about trials is very different. Trials are hard but we can face and walk through them (sometimes crawl through them) with God's unending support. God desires to help us through these processes which can lead to growth. God reminds us through His word that we will face trials of many kinds in James 1:2-4: Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Let's use these moments today to meditate on this truth and receive God's guidance, on His direction for you to go in the midst of your trial.

In this podcast we walk through the process of listening to the Lord's conviction in revealing any idols, things that we listen to or follow that are not of God-more than God. We refer to Matthew 6:24 that says, "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other." The Lord deserves all of us whether we are sitting in his presence or going about our daily tasks. Come and renew your mind in this meditation process as we, together, allow Holy Spirit to convict us with his truth and love revealing what idols we need to give up!

We prayed today that Holy Spirit be a river flowing within and out of us just as John 7:37-39 says: On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.
So Friends, hold on to these words. They are truth and Jesus's Spirit, Holy Spirit, is alive and with us ready to do great things in us and in those around us!

Hebrews 13:6 So we say in confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
