Hannah and Emily sit down to discuss “Sabbath” by George Herbert, a poem about how the theology of sanctification relates to the spiritual practice of rest. Listen in for a reading of the poem and some reflections on how the concepts work out in everyday life.
For this episode, Olivia Yatooma takes Hannah’s place to talk about the modern-day applications of John Donne, a romantic and metaphysical poet who helps readers understand the Gospel in a new light.
