I can do all things with God, I have no fear cause i Know i have a greater one in me, the one, greater than the world. Today may seem fearful, draining and confusing but I have that faith that God is on my side, i can never go a day without being a partaker of God's blessings. I basically want to use this song "Motirenikeji mi" this week as have said in the video, for my very person, Someone close to my heart, to showcase how i am really and dearly missing her. Hello music lovers, welcome to a new week of Afritunes, Week 111, may the blessings of the lord never elude us while we praise God.
My song for the new week of Afri-tunes is titled "Ogo" meaning "Glory". The song expresses praise and worship to God, with a focus on His glory and majesty and "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory and praise!". Also the song is an expression of joy, triumph and celebration of God's power and majesty.
Thinking about this song entirely and the lyrics, i feel exalted listening to this song, circumstances should not hold down God's own cause God has everything in his abode, we only need to praise God and he will for sure come down with blessings. In my research, i have learnt God works rapidly at the midst of people exalting him than people asking from him. It is just a simple logic , "You praise God, blessings come down". The fitness i will be using for this week is abdomen and joint fitness.
i will start with abdomen fitness by giving out the steps to be taken.
Step1; lie down flat and straight, with your arms very close to your tighs, make sure your two legs are very close to each other as well.
then, make a movement by raising your head up. breathe for 5secs and start the 10secs count(make it 30secs count in a day)
do this everyday, trust me, it will also help building your flat tommy.
Second fitness goes like this,
Step1; lie down straight with your legs closed, your arms close to your thighs
step2; raise your lap and lay it down for 5secs count and rest the lap for 3secs. then start start again.
Do this 3times(15secs count) for one lap and do the same to the second lap.

The song is actually sang in reference to the past ones that were valuable to us, an adage say, "You won't know the value of a fellow until you lose them", this adage is really real, when someone loses a fellow that is so dear and close to his or her heart, then, such person will know the meaning of this song. It is a song, sang for someone that has been irreplaceable in one's life.
One of my sad memories is the day my grandma came from village not feeling good, after getting home, she was moved to hospital because it was a critical condition, I didn't know it was my last time seeing her alive, even though I was small, I felt like "Is this the last time am seeing a good mother", I cried on the day she was buried but it couldn't bring her back, I still miss those village care she gave me anytime I visit her. I will forever love her and will forever be in my heart. what do pain me till now is she didn't wait to eat well all she has worked for, she is a mother indeed , a grandmother like mother, She scold and still beg for forgiveness from her grandson, imagine. I miss you grandma!!!.... this moment actually brought me back to those days, mehn, Good people don't last. It is well!!!!!

My entry for this week is what I titled "fitness for the laps" joined with "daily workout for the upper part of the body" (Especially, flexing the spine).
I am gonna start with Fitness for the laps:
1st step: stretch out only your left
2nd step: rest your two arms on your right legs
3rd step: bounce on the right leg.
Repeat these steps, changing you position to your left leg.
The second fitness is what I call daily workout for upper part of the body, it is a straight forward dailty workout.
1st step: stand straight, bend your upper body to the left and right
2nd step: bend the upper part of your body to the front ,if possible, let your head touch your two laps, but it is not necessary though, do this gently, please. Also, bend your upper part of the body to the backward side. it is a daily workout I usually do and it practically helps a lot.
please, take all the workout/fitness slightly and easy, always remember it is workout/fitness, it is not do or die, please

Voy a empezar con Fitness para las vueltas:
1er paso: estira solo tu izquierda
2do paso: apoyando tus dos brazos en tus piernas derechas

Repite estos pasos, cambiando tu posición a tu pierna izquierda.
El segundo fitness es lo que yo llamo entrenamiento diario para la parte superior del cuerpo, es un entrenamiento diario sencillo.
1er paso: párese derecho, doble la parte superior del cuerpo hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha
2do paso: doble la parte superior de su cuerpo hacia el frente, si es posible, deje que su cabeza toque sus dos vueltas, pero no es necesario, hágalo suavemente, por favor. Además, doble la parte superior del cuerpo hacia atrás. es un entrenamiento diario que suelo hacer y practicamente ayuda mucho.

I welcome you all to a new week and new edition of Pukumundo, 67th week, may the week be blessings filled (Amen).
I will be doing Two fitness for this week and both will be based on flexibility of waist, just mainly for turning and Knee/lap exercise for joint movement.
For a start, I will take Waist Flexibility, which can be done in two ways and It is mostly common and necessary for footballers, the first thing to do to start the fitness is,
Step 1: stand straight and close up the gaps between your two feet.
Step 2: Raise up your two arms OR Put your hands on your waist
Step 3: Make a turn without moving your two legs. this "step 3" should be done gently to avoid injury.
We should always have a mindset of Fitness without injury.
After completion, rest for like 30secs.
Then, breath.
The next Fitness is what I called Knee/Lap raising and bending, in this part, the exercise is mainly for your two legs and it is as follows;
Step 1: Stand straight, raise one of your knee and hold with one of your hand.
Step 2: move the knee from downward part to upward part. do this for like 15 counts.
Step 3: Also hold the leg raise and bend gently, Please.
Do the same for the other leg and trust me, you will feel more better when done.

Para empezar voy a tomar Flexibilidad de Cintura, que se puede hacer de dos maneras y es mayormente común y necesario para los futbolistas, lo primero que se debe hacer para empezar el fitness es,
Paso 1: párate derecho y cierra los espacios entre tus dos pies.
Paso 2: levante los dos brazos O ponga las manos en la cintura
Paso 3: Haz un giro sin mover las dos piernas. este "paso 3" debe hacerse con cuidado para evitar lesiones.
Siempre debemos tener una mentalidad de Fitness sin lesiones.
Después de la finalización, descanse durante unos 30 segundos.
Entonces, respira.
El próximo Fitness es lo que llamé Elevación y flexión de rodillas/regazo, en esta parte, el ejercicio es principalmente para las dos piernas y es el siguiente;
Paso 1: Párese derecho, levante una de sus rodillas y sosténgala con una de sus manos.
Paso 2: mueve la rodilla de la parte de abajo a la parte de arriba. haz esto por 15 cargos.
Paso 3: También mantén la pierna levantada y dóblala suavemente, por favor.

My entry for this week "wonderful, merciful saviour" this song really revealed the work the holy Lamb came to do is mysterious, He came to the world he created to save and redeem humans from destruction, this is a great grace and Agape Love that humans need not to take for granted, God really preached love by dying for all. His death, resurrection and ascension to heaven is a great Joy in heavens and here on earth. He came, he saw and he conquered, it is a duty no one can carry out except he himself. Imagine, the one he created beat him, wounded him, put a crown of thorns on his head, crucified him, yet he altered not a word. "Easter is indeed symbol of hope, renewal, and new life which God has provided. May the Lord's death, resurrection and ascension not be in vain over our life's (Amen).

So, when I was strolling out with a friend of mine last week, I heard the song and I quickly went on to search for the song and download it, for me to have it on my new phone, it is one of my best songs, though it is simple because it only requires modulation but that modulation alone makes it unique.
