Our hope is to simply bring Paul's teaching of Titus 2 into 2022. "The older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things— that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed."-Titus 2:3-5 NKJV

Those who trust in Christ have been set free. Paul's readers were in danger of wasting that freedom, by veering off in one of two directions. On the one hand, false teachers were pressuring them into circumcision in order to be sure of being right with God. On the other hand, freedom can also be squandered on serving only our sinful desires instead of investing it through serving others in love. God's Spirit gives us the power to do that when we let Him lead us. Life in the Spirit bears powerful and positive fruit in a Christian's life. Let’s talk about it.
God has good pleasing and perfect plans for his children. He wants us to be new people with renewed minds to honor and obey Him. We are called to “be not conformed to this world” with its behaviors and customs that are usually selfish and often corrupting. Let’s talk about it.
Think of how differently we might treat our spouse or children in those frustrating moments if we responded to them with the knowledge that God is in the room. Let’s talk about it.
What if you carry your physical Bible around like you carry your phone or devices? You would be present with your family, your children, your spouse, your community. Let’s talk about it.
Our actions speak louder than our words. This is especially true in the home. Children learn values, morals, and priorities by observing how their parents act and react every day. Let’s talk about it.
Study to shew thyself approved, unto God……not man (emphasis added by me) according to 2 Timothy 2:15. Let’s talk about it.

Fear not. Fret not. Be of a good courage. I Am with you. I will not forsake thee. These words/phrases have been apart of my Joshua study. However, the author challenged us to look up scriptures that speak of encouragement from Christ. While looking them up Isaiah 41:10 jumped off the page at me. Tune in as I talk about how this is so timely and speaks volumes.

If your desires are leading you to the qualities in 5:22-23 then you know the Holy Spirit is leading you. At the same time, you must be aware of confusing your feelings with the Spirit’s leading. Thus being led by the Holy Spirit involves the desire to hear, the readiness to obey God’s Word, and the sensitivity to discern between your feelings and His promptings. Let’s talk about it.

God‘s peace is different from the world’s peace. It is not found in positive thinking, in absence of conflict, or in good feelings. Real peace comes from knowing that because God is in control, our citizenship in Christ kingdom is sure, our destiny is set, and our victory over sin is certain.
John 14:27, Philippians 4:6-7
Matthew 11:28 KJV
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Most of the things we pursue on earth are attempts to fill the natural human longing for God. John 4:14 tells us material things can never take the place of a relationship. Our ultimate purpose as created beings is to know, serve, and worship our Creator. Let’s talk about it.
Jesus is not talking about physical rest, necessarily. Matthew 11:28 describes it as rest for the soul. Let’s talk about it.
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Ephesians 5:22-24 lets talk about it.
