Hey legends,
This week we discussed James Clear's book - 'Atomic Habits'.
We covered some key topics about building habits that we have found useful in our own lives and think could be useful for you too.
The main topics we covered include, what habits are, the formation of habits and the process behind how our brain builds these habits. We then discussed strategies for mastering these habits which included setting habits in line with your ideal lifestyle, building strong routines and developing systems.
Jame Clear's philosophy really stems from this idea of building systems and if there's one key takeaway for you we think it should be to build and maintain strong systems that promote and encourage your desired habits.
Thanks so much for listening, go get after it and build some strong habits to develop yourself.

This week we chatted with Zach Cooper, a Grammy winning producer who's work has inspired both of us greatly. You may also know Zach from his work in the band 'King Garbage', who's most recent album 'Heavy metal greasy love' was released in April this year.
This discussion was super inspiring as we talked about Zach's take on producing and his approach to music, why collaboration is so important and how music can be a service to others. His philosophy on music and producing is immensely humble and honest as he focuses on how to bring out the best in a musician and bring their ideas to life.
Zach is first and foremost a musician and we discuss his love of playing the guitar and bass, both in his band and for other musicians, most notably on Leon Bridges 2019, 'Gold-Digger sound' album.
