There appear to be "Laws of" everything, one of the most common I hear is the "Law of attraction". Examining if they are true and what can we do about them?
This is Season 3 Episode 2, in which I discuss a shocking statistic on how many men take their own lives each day!! I Look at why this happens and ways to prevent it. The most important point is especially for males 45 - 54, start to talk about your feelings. You will be amazed at how beneficial it can be for you and those loved ones close to you. Initiating a conversation could start a ripple effect allowing others space to talk. Wouldn't it be amazing to see the suicide figure reduce and that starting to be done by something as simple as talking to each other?
Does music just make you want to dance? or does it just sound good?
I discuss how music can help people feel better and why this is and I look at a different side to this in how it has enabled me to understand more of why I went through the dark and tough times that I did.
Listen and let me know what you think?
