In this episode I share a bit about my experience in a mindfulness course that I’m taking which has gotten off to a rocky start. As I sat down to meditate (for the first time in 10 days) I was reminded that it’s not about showing up perfectly for this class or this practice. It’s about returning to it over and over again. Knowing that shit may be coming up left and right and that I’m still worthy of engaging in this practice.
