August 9 - 15: FIND AN EXIT

The week ahead sees the Moon pivoting around the Sun in proximity with Ketu, yielding a total solar eclipse on Wednesday, August 12. This dramatic celestial event centers on the transition between the signs of Cancer and Leo, fusing this moment into a memorable opportunity to discover the roots of obstruction and to see a path forward out of what has been a very stuck situation.

The Moon wanes into the new point at 26 degrees Cancer during the first half of the week and then waxes out of the eclipse zone during the second half of the week. Other than the Moon, no other planets shift signs. Saturn’s retrograde motion in Pisces will continue to alleviate some friction through mid-December. Jupiter’s exaltation celebration is on this week as Mercury, Sun, and Moon join Jupiter, giving a feeling of busy excitement that feels almost like a distraction from the real creative drive going on with Mars in Gemini and Venus in Virgo.

August 2 - 8: SET A COURSE

August begins with several important planetary shifts that signal a change in direction. Venus moved to Virgo on July 31, feeling the slippery pressure of retrograde Saturn’s aspect. Mars leaves steady Taurus for the quick-moving environment of Gemini on Sunday, Mercury returns to Cancer on Wednesday after completing his retrograde work in Gemini, and Rahu and Ketu resume retrograde motion, reminding us that life’s path is rarely a straight line. The Moon completes its journey through Pisces early in the week, crossing the final gandanta point before emerging into Aries, suggesting that lingering endings are giving way to fresh beginnings.

Rather than rushing ahead, this week asks us to transition with intention. The first half favors wrapping up loose ends, clearing space, and preparing the ground before momentum builds. By midweek the atmosphere becomes noticeably lighter, encouraging new initiatives, creative work, conversations, and exploration. Mars in Gemini brings curiosity and movement, while Mercury’s return to Cancer reconnects thought with intuition. As the week closes, the Moon joins Mars in Gemini, inviting us to learn, wander, connect, and follow the ideas that spark genuine excitement.

August asks us to keep moving while the deeper work unfolds. Mars enters Gemini and accelerates learning, communication, and creative momentum, while Venus in Virgo reminds us that progress rarely arrives in perfect form—sometimes we simply have to get it done. Two eclipses bring us into a powerful Cancer–Leo–Aquarius corridor, revealing what needs to be released, understood, or transformed. As hidden patterns come into view, we may find ourselves confronting emotional, physical, or spiritual baggage that has outlived its usefulness. Keep dinner on the table, keep your eye on the larger picture, and enter the shadows with curiosity rather than fear. The answers may not come all at once, but the questions are becoming clearer.

July 26 - August 1: GROW ANYWAY

This week carries us from deep clearing into a moment of powerful culmination, followed by a shift into experimentation and uncertainty. The Moon begins the week in Sagittarius under pressure from Saturn, Mars, and Mercury, asking us to take a radical approach to anything that has become stale, heavy, or ineffective. By midweek, the Full Moon in Capricorn brings us to a point of ripening, with exalted Jupiter exactly joined by the Sun in Cancer and Mars and Venus forming their own powerful connection across the zodiac. This creates a moment of divine fusion—a chance to recognize how seemingly separate forces can combine to produce something greater than the sum of their parts.

As the Moon moves into Aquarius, the atmosphere becomes more unpredictable. Venus changes signs, the Moon encounters Rahu, and we may find ourselves navigating situations where the outcome isn’t certain and the safest choice isn’t necessarily the most productive one. Yet the week’s final message is not to retreat. It is to keep growing anyway. The conditions may not be perfect, the path may not be obvious, and some experimentation may be required, but the seeds we’ve been tending are finally beginning to show signs of life.

Tuesday July 28: FINALLY RIPE.

Wednesday July 29: DIVINE FUSION.

July 19 - 25: FIND A WAY

As the pace begins to steady, this week’s astrology invites us to lift our eyes from the trail beneath our feet and look toward the horizon. Recent months have demanded constant adjustments, but the sky now offers a wider perspective. Mercury is preparing to resume direct motion, Jupiter shines brightly from Cancer, and the deeper currents represented by the outer planets become easier to recognize. Rather than focusing only on the next task, this is a week for noticing the long arc of your journey and the quiet forces that have been shaping it all along.

By request, let’s check in on the outer outer planets, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto who are all placed at 10 degrees of the signs they occupy. These outer transpersonal planets tend to push and indicate generational trends, spiritual awakenings, and evolutionary shifts.

Neptune draws us collectively into spirituality, mysticism, and universal love, with the flip side also offering confusion, escapism, and deception into the realm of possibility. Currently retrograde and in Uttarabhadra/Pisces, Neptune is bringing our consciousness into the depths of cultural, religious, and even subconscious foundations.

Uranus triggers awakenings, revolutions, insight, and innovation. Disruption of the status quo, personal liberation, and tech advancement can be results when Uranus is in effect. Currently direct and at 10 degrees Taurus, a fixed earth sign ruled by Venus, Uranus could be acting like a plow in fertile fields, digging in, pushing around, and revealing fertility in environments that feel stable but are bordering on stuck.

Pluto governs transformation, the cycle of creation and destruction, and the hidden, deep elements of life and death. Retrograde Pluto sits at 10 degrees of Capricorn, about a third of the way through its nearly 20 year transit through Saturn’s earth sign, indicating deep changes in foundations, restructuring of governmental and business entities, and revelations about karmic responsibilities on a large scale.

This week, exalted Jupiter at 10 degrees Cancer will directly aspect both Neptune and Pluto, which could feel like a warm, guiding hand that pushes toward making mystical leaps and transformational discoveries needed to stay on path and growing. Saturn sitting with Neptune assists us in recognizing what needs to be released or recycled. Mars sitting with Uranus could bring a turbulent jolt that advances us through what has felt comfortable but stagnant.

The Sun approaching Jupiter this week deepens the state of combustion, fusing the positive wisdom of Jupiter with the powerful light of the Sun. The waxing Moon gets alone time this week, moving through Virgo, Libra, and Scorpio, inviting careful activity at the beginning of the week, social connection in the middle, and deep introspection as the week winds up.

Retrograde Mercury stabilizes and resumes direct motion at 23 degrees Gemini on Thursday, July 23rd. Finish up the edits and cuts this week, wipe the table, and get ready to create with a new perspective going forward, even if the materials are the same, it is time to repurpose them.

As the Moon moves into Scorpio on Friday and Saturday, it receives the aspect of both Mars and Jupiter, a potent combination that could result in unexpected but possibly wanted connections that inspire positive action.

July 12 - 18: WELCOME HOME

This week ahead features a new Moon early on July 14th as the Sun and Moon join in the late degrees of Gemini. New Moon moments invite slowing down, pausing, and recalibrating as the mental and physical energy could feel sluggish.

Joining the Sun and Moon in Gemini is retrograde Mercury, who will end this retrograde cycle on July 23. Mercury retrograde phases are better for taking second looks, editing, and regrouping. Combined with the new Moon energy, this could be a week for surrendering to slowing down, looking around, and opening up to the small tasks and details that when cleared away will open up new avenues.

We see the final moments of Kala Amrita Yoga this week, which has been a feature since April. We’ve been plying back and forth between flowing with inspiration and running up against obstacles we couldn’t have imagined. While frustrating, we have been forced to mine for alternative perspectives that could provide us with a more resourceful approach as we move back into the flow toward our goals.

The Sun moves from Gemini to Cancer on July 16th, joining Jupiter, and bringing light and power into the Moon’s water sign. This begins the Sun’s month with exalted Jupiter, encouraging us to find our path toward purpose, growth, and feeling at home in our own hearts.

With Mercury retrograde in the background, remember to slow down, double check, and look deeply into those discard piles for gems you may not have recognized the first time around.

July 5 - 11: CLEAR THE PATH

The main themes in this week center around retrograde Mercury moving back into Gemini on Tuesday and the final pulse of partial Kala Amrita Yoga. With the Moon in waning phase, it could feel difficult to stride forward this week due to a combination of legacy delays that line up to slow progress.

The week opens with the Moon in Aquarius, reminding us that despite small steps forward, we are still operating in an unstable environment that demands constant agility when it comes to shifting plans. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, the Moon moves through Aquarius and Pisces, where Rahu and Saturn are posted currently. Reminders of what’s not working and suggestions about what needs to be released could come in strongly.

Tuesday sees retrograde Mercury slipping back into Gemini, his own sign, opening the door for 2nd chances when it comes to communication efforts, educational trajectories, or transactions that didn’t stick the first time.

Moon moving into Pisces brings back the final, weak pulse of the combination that throws all of the planets into a holding tank in the signs between Rahu and Ketu. This imbalanced energy has revealed numerous deficiencies since it began to pulse in April. Now that Venus has moved to Leo, we may begin to engineer solutions, repairs, and endings that clear our path ahead.

Wednesday and Thursday, the Moon moves through Aries, which creates a perfect combination called Graha Malika Yoga. Look for connections that provide momentum and movement toward a goal that has felt distant and unattainable.

Friday and Saturday, the Moon joins Mars in Taurus, good energy for grounding in the home environment and enjoying simple pleasures. Saturday gives us four planets in “pushkar navamsa” state, making it the best day this week for important actions.

July features the gradual transition from pressure toward possibility. Exalted Jupiter continues strengthening growth, optimism, and emotional resilience while Mars reminds us that meaningful progress comes through patience and steady effort. Mercury retrograde slows communication and planning, making this an excellent month for editing, refining, and revisiting unfinished business rather than forcing new beginnings. Venus’ meeting with Ketu and Saturn’s retrograde invite deep reassessment of relationships, values, and long-term responsibilities. The powerful Full Moon on July 29 makes the atmosphere feels noticeably lighter, with many obstacles beginning to give way as persistence, wisdom, and careful timing start paying dividends.

June 28 - July 4: COST OF FREEDOM

Since our last update, Mars has moved into Taurus and Mercury has joined Venus and Jupiter in Cancer, setting the stage for the weeks to come. With the emphasis on the Moon’s sign of Cancer and Mars grounding in Taurus, we may see our focus collectively shift toward home base, with themes of housing, food, and safety coming to the front.

Having bridged into Cancer on June 1, Jupiter has moved out of Punarvasu and into Pushya nakshatra, establishing a process for stable growth even in the midst of a rapidly changing environment. The trio of planets in Cancer this week, Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury, inspire us to tap into our inner wisdom as they help us calculate the cost of freedom, transiting in the 12th house from Ketu, the liberator.

The Moon is waxing and will become full in Sagittarius on June 29, ending up with Rahu on July 4th, bringing an arc that begins with change leading to clarity and ending with the promise of further change.

July 4th could be a day to remember, with the Moon in Shatabishak on the 250th birthday of the US, who has a natal Shatabishak Moon. The Moon joining Rahu and even more prominently, Venus joining Ketu, will close up the instances of full Kala Amrita Yoga, a rare combination that promises surprising events. Spring of 2026 was the scene of this rare combination that could leave imprints on future events that we can’t quite understand at the moment.

The true node calculation shows Rahu move out of extreme strength to disrupt, overrun, and undermine this week, with Rahu moving from Shatabishak to Dhanistha on June 30th. This could bring a bit of stability with windows to rebuild and consolidate resources ahead. The mean node calculation shows Rahu moving nakshatras at the end of July; expect fancy flourishes of Rahu throughout July.

Overall, the energy of the planets appears to be steady in the week ahead, with the notable transits being Mercury retrograde beginning with the full Moon on June 29th and the week ending with Venus moving out of Cancer and into Leo.

Saturday, June 27: EMERGING CONNECTIONS

Sunday June 28 : SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Monday June 29: BLOSSOM INWARD

Tuesday June 30: STOP GO SLOW

Wednesday July 1: CHANGE ORDER

Thursday July 2: ABSORB WISDOM

June 14 - 20: Create Peace

This week begins with a new Moon at the very last degree of Taurus late in the day of Sunday, June 14th. Just after the Moon and Sun conjoin, both spill over into the sign of Gemini, where they join Mercury. The Sun and Mercury remain active and alert in Gemini through the week, giving the energy to move, travel, and organize new educational opportunities or business trajectories.

The Moon continues to visit with the helpful, benefic planets through the week, passing through its own sign of Cancer and creating a beautiful spectacle in the evening sky with Venus and Jupiter.

By Friday, the waxing Moon gains momentum, entering Leo and moving past Ketu, breaking the final pulse of Kala Amrita Yoga, where all planets are hemmed on one side of the nodal axis. This could feel like breakthrough, solving a puzzle, and gaining a modicum of freedom.

The week finishes out with Mars moving from Aries to Taurus on Saturday, shifting our application of force toward settling in and committing to creative projects. This could feel like slowing down and moving away from defensive measures. Saturn will be aspecting Mars during his time in Taurus, which again encourages us to slow down, be present, and work with the materials on hand.

Sunday June 14 : FINISH CHAPTERS

Monday June 15: FRESH START

Tuesday June 16: HOPEFUL PREPARATION

Wednesday June 17: CREATE PEACE

Thursday June 18: RIGHTEOUS TRANSACTIONS

Friday June 19: FINAL BREAKTHROUGH

Fated Encounters

We follow the waning Moon into the gamut this week, as it will enter into the occupied zone of the zodiac after a couple of weeks of moving through the empty signs.

Sun-Mon: Moon with Rahu in Aquarius

Tues-Wed: Moon with Saturn in Pisces

Thurs-Fri: Moon with Mars in Aries

Sat: Moon joins Sun in Taurus.

The new Moon will come at the last degree of Taurus on Sunday, June 14. The Moon visits with the heavy hitters this week, Rahu, Saturn, Mars and then Sun. In addition, when Moon reaches Pisces late on Monday, we click into our final pulse of full Kala Amrita Yoga from June 8 - 18. All of the visible planets will be hemmed on one side of the nodal axis formed by Rahu and Ketu, bringing the energy of fated circumstances and feelings of being stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Other than the Moon, the only planet changing signs this week is Venus. On Monday, Venus moves from Gemini into Cancer, rejoining with Jupiter, who entered Cancer June 1. In addition to this combination supporting a number of things with a nurturing, positive, and forward looking signature, this will be a visually stunning combination that can be seen in the western sky after sunset.

While Jupiter and Venus generally come with good intentions, there may be a bit of friction at the beginning of the week as Venus glides into Cancer, exactly conjoins with Jupiter, and glides ahead. When two planets are exactly conjoined and sharing the same degree of the zodiac, we call that planetary war, with the two planets vying for expression.

By Wednesday, Venus will have cleared the battlefield, eliminating any competition for who can teach better, help more, or foster positive connections with more ease. This leaves Venus and Jupiter in good dignity, joining forces to improve life for all the people.

Mercury in Gemini and Mars in Aries through the week are good tools to keep in the pocket when dealing with situations that arise beyond your control. Stay analytical, ready to pivot with plans and details. Facts and practical parameters help us stay grounded and on task.

Daily Keywords:

Monday June 8: CROSS THE THRESHOLD

Tuesday June 9: PATIENT STRENGTH

Sunday May 31 begins with the full Moon in Scorpio, kicking off the week with a lunar pivot that turns us toward integration, refinement, and release. The Moon will be waning but still bright all week, starting out in debilitation, and giving us a sense of perspective and separation from the churning of the world as it navigates through the empty signs of the zodiac.

The Moon traverses the zodiac alone this week, but is boosted by the aspects of benefic planets like Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter, ending the week on Saturday, June 6 by entering Aquarius and joining Rahu, which could track as a major change of mood.

Jupiter moving to Cancer on June 1st is a major feature of the week, month, and entire year, promising relief from a long standing emphasis on Saturn’s limitations. Jupiter in Cancer establishes a continuum of sign occupation with Rahu in Aquarius, Saturn in Pisces, Mars in Aries, Sun in Taurus, Mercury+Venus in Gemini, Jupiter in Cancer, and Ketu in Leo. Graha malika yoga tends to indicate a potential chain of events; let it flow this week with initiations and courage to act.

The not so secret weapon of the week is Mars in Aries, strong with strategy and confident about plans. Mars will be in Bharani nakshatra this week, bringing the passionate energies of Mars and Venus to bear, asking us to find balance between masculine and feminine approaches that could combine in the form of a gentle courage that pushes us to enter the current and move forward.

June 2026 marks a major turning point as Jupiter enters exaltation in Cancer, beginning to loosen the grip of six difficult years dominated by Saturn’s contraction and limitation. While the final pulse of Kala Amrita Yoga from June 8–18 continues themes of fate, pressure, and imbalance, the overall atmosphere gradually shifts toward growth, connection, creativity, and renewed optimism. Venus joining Jupiter in Cancer amplifies emotional healing and support, while Mars’ move from Aries into Taurus slows the pace and redirects energy toward sustainable progress. Mercury’s late-month retrograde reminds us that even as momentum builds, flexibility and recalibration remain essential. June feels like the tide beginning to turn.

Momentum with Perspective

We follow the Moon past Ketu on Sunday, May 24th, which breaks the state of Kala Amrita Yoga’s second pulse this Spring. This rare combination tends to bring us to the brink of fate, with the challenge being to surrender to the forces we find to be out of our control. The last time this combination manifested with Rahu in Aquarius and Ketu in Leo was in 1859! As the Moon moves beyond Ketu, there may be a noticeable sense of psychological release, wider perspective, or renewed maneuverability

Similar to the previous week, the only planet changing signs this week is the Moon, in waxing phase, with the week culminating with the full Moon in Scorpio on May 31st. While free from association with other planets after Moon moves out of Leo, there will still be notable aspects that can affect our moods and minds as the week unfolds. The moment of the full Moon with an exact aspect of fiery Mars from Aries could bring catharsis and emotional honesty after some difficult processing.

Monday and Tuesday, the Moon moves through Virgo, creating a mutual aspect through opposition with Saturn. This could feel like tough emotions surfacing or frustrating project delays. Wednesday, Thursday, and part of Friday will see the Moon moving through Libra, where the triple aspect of Rahu, Jupiter, and Mars is felt. This could feel like overwhelm that slips either toward wise choices, frustrated reactions, or innovative solutions. Friday into Saturday sees the Moon move into Scorpio, showing success with difficult actions and internal experiences.

Saturn in Pisces keeps our attention on foundations and completion while Mars in Aries strongly drives us forward with plans and projects. Sun and Mercury in Taurus invite us to stay grounded as we focus on the enjoyable and comforting things. The exchange of signs between Mercury and Venus keeps up energy and enthusiasm for transactions and creativity. The combination of Venus and Jupiter in Gemini during Jupiter’s swan song week in Mercury’s air sign urges us to focus on learning trajectories, practicing what we’ve learned, and doing final rehearsals for the graceful windows that opens when Jupiter enters Cancer on June 1.

This is a final integration week before Jupiter changes signs. While not much else seems to move this week, try to find the final threads of the lessons that Jupiter has been teaching in Gemini for the past year and tie them together to build confidence as you move from practice to performance with that recently attained understanding.

Overall, we are looking at a week that offers momentum combined with perspective. The rising energy of the waxing Moon combined with the enthusiasm of the Venus-Mercury parivartana supports positive forward movement this week.

This week carries the feeling of emerging from a long corridor of pressure into a space where momentum begins to return. The Moon waxes after Saturday’s new Moon in Taurus while Venus, Mercury, and the Sun settle into their new signs following the major shifts of May 14. With Rahu in Aquarius, Saturn in Pisces, and Mars in Aries occupying adjacent signs, the atmosphere remains intense, but purposeful. These placements favor difficult work, strategic action, disciplined effort, and the willingness to confront reality honestly while still moving forward with hope.

Mars newly established in Aries becomes one of the defining features of the week. After months of friction, delay, and entanglement with Saturn in Pisces, Mars in its own sign restores fire, courage, initiative, and forward momentum. This does not remove challenges, but it helps convert frustration into movement and uncertainty into decisive action. Hard jobs benefit from well placed malefics, and this week favors taking practical steps, solving problems directly, and using pressure constructively rather than emotionally.

Kala Amrita Yoga remains active through the week, bringing a continued sense of karmic gravity and surrender, especially Wednesday and Thursday as the Moon moves through Cancer and completes the graha malika pattern between the nodes. Yet this week feels different from previous weeks. The waxing Moon moving through signs occupied by benefics brings support, perspective, and a growing sense that events are unfolding with deeper meaning and direction. Mercury and Venus continue their exchange of signs, supporting connection, communication, learning, negotiation, and creative collaboration, while Jupiter ripens in Gemini ahead of its upcoming move into Cancer on June 1, encouraging us to consolidate lessons, refine skills, and prepare to move from practice into performance. By Saturday, as the Moon passes Ketu and Kala Amrita Yoga breaks for now, the energy opens noticeably, bringing release, perspective, and the feeling that an obstacle has finally begun to move.

The Aries energy ripens through the first half of the week, powering up the Mercury + Sun pairing that moves to Taurus on Thursday May 13, just after Venus vacates Taurus and moves to Gemini earlier that day. This week is peppered with new shifts that click us into next chapters. Find stability in what is working as you release the unstable and defunct.

The Moon is in its final waning stage this week, which can make us feel spent physically and mentally. In addition, the Moon visits the tough energies of Rahu, Saturn, and Mars, while at the same time the squeeze of Kala Amrita Yoga fully manifests on Tuesday.

On Sunday, Mars moves into Aries, setting us up for a powerful transit for initiations, power plays, and strategies through June 20. Wednesday may feel a bit wobbly as Venus, Mercury and Sun reach the final degrees of their signs. All three move on Thursday, in addition to the Moon. The waning Moon could have us feeling drained by Saturday when it finally meets up with the Sun in Taurus/Krittika.

This week might look calm on the surface — but it’s not a week to check out. It’s a week to ride the calm out, while Mars and Saturn finish their work and Mercury flies close to the Sun. There’s pressure here, but it’s focused. Our work is to refine, clarify, and prepare for what is about to move.

We begin with a bright but waning Moon traversing the currently lonely half of the zodiac, giving us a breather from the busy signs ranging from Pisces to Cancer. This is a strong tide demanding that we let go of those old patterns as we walk toward a new horizon.

Mercury spends the rest of May catching up with the Sun. This is the first full week of combustion, fusing Mercury’s message into the Sun’s exaltation. Clear, concise, true, and compassionate are the guideposts for communication this week.

This will be the final week of the Mars - Saturn conjunction in Pisces. Mars enters Aries next Sunday, May 10th. The friction caused by the push and pull of Mars and Saturn could intensify this week, in an urgent call to finalize details and strategies when it comes to the domain of life associated with Pisces in your chart. Use the courage of Mars and the practicality of Saturn to discern the viability of resources.

With no other planets changing signs in this week ahead, and with the following week showing a plethora of shifts in concert with the new Moon, it may feel like a quiet time to regroup. So ride the calm out this week — not by stepping back, but by getting clear, getting honest, and getting ready. Because what you refine now is what you’ll move forward with next.

May acts as a transitional bridge between unstable hesitation and emerging growth, marked by Jupiter’s final stretch in Gemini, multiple planetary sign shifts mid-month, and the pulse of Kala Amrita Yoga emphasizing fate over free will. The month begins with a complex and pressured Full Moon in Libra, requiring strategic balance, and evolves into a more active and opportunity-filled second half as Venus and Mercury exchange signs and Mars regains strength in Aries. While momentum builds, Saturn’s move into Revati and the continued intensity of Rahu and Ketu remind us that closure, karmic processing, and careful decision-making remain essential as we prepare for a major energetic shift when Jupiter enters Cancer in June.

BALANCE PRESENCE & PLANNING

As Mercury gains strength and the Full Moon peaks, insight translates into movement and change.

The main features of this week ahead through the vedic astrology lens are the breaking of our first pulse of the dramatic Kala Amrita Yoga on Monday as the waxing Moon moves to Virgo, Mercury changing signs from Pisces to Aries on Wednesday, April 29th, and the full Moon in Libra on Friday, May 2nd.

The Moon moving past Ketu on Sunday and Monday and into Virgo brings a sense of liberation with added perspective. Where last week may have felt like one twist of fate after another, the week ahead becomes a stronger rope we can grasp onto as we move forward.

Mercury moving to Aries gives us clarity, agility, and initiative where we may have felt lost and mired. Mercury leaving Pisces also breaks up the exchange of signs with Jupiter, which was a fix to Mercury’s debilitation but may have also expanded the ability to make wise and informed decisions. Mercury in Aries will give us some fire and momentum to confront difficulties.

The full Moon in Libra on Friday offers a combination of strong feelings mixed with the outside influences of Rahu from Aquarius which brings adventurous instability and Jupiter from Gemini, which pairs calm wisdom with anxious analysis. Mars from Pisces will also throw some force toward the full Moon, adding in the potential for courageous actions.

Exalted Sun in Aries continues to bring a guiding light as we forge ahead with new ventures. Venus in Taurus is offering us grounded and caring energy, but is also feeling the pressure of Saturn’s 3rd aspect coming to exactness by degree by week’s end. This could slow down momentum in favor of self care and needed time off.

Tuesday and Wednesday, while the Moon is in Virgo, it receives the direct aspect of the Saturn, Mars, and Mercury trio, which were the stars of last week’s show as they strongly conjoined in Uttarabhadra nakshatra. We could feel a general dissipation of energy through this week, but the tension could peak on these days when the Moon opposes Pisces.

Thursday and Friday with the Moon in Libra, we see the multiple aspects that have been affecting Libra: Rahu, Mars, Sun, Mercury, and Jupiter. All eyes are on Libra, reminding us to rebalance our yes/no responses in order to keep contracts, relationships, and business decisions on the level.

This week has a very different tone — less raw pressure, more movement, negotiation, and karmic unfolding. There’s still intensity, but it’s smarter, more fluid, more consequential.

The Moon waxes this week, with Sunday showing an exalted Sun alone in Aries after both Venus and Moon pass into Taurus on Saturday night. Venus will be in dignity in Taurus from April 19 - May 14, bringing stability to relationships and negotiations. Also on Sunday, Mars moves through the degree that Saturn holds while Mercury approaches Mars, setting off a trio of planetary wars that show a jockeying of three planets through the 14th degree of Pisces through Tuesday, when Mercury ends up in the lead, breaking up the knotted up energy, which could feel like a barricade lifted, returning the flow of power and transaction.

After the flow returns to Pisces, our attention turns to the week’s pivot point, Wednesday, as the waxing Moon joins Jupiter in Punarvasu. Mercury and Mars stay in Pisces, but move from Uttarabhadra where Saturn stands and into Revati, looking to create momentum as they move toward Aries. Mercury moves to Aries April 29 and Mars follows on May 10.

Overall, this week shows more favorable energy for the Moon, who moves past Venus, then Jupiter, and then into her own sign of Cancer. On Saturday, the Moon moves through the tight portal that divides Cancer and Leo, pushing into Leo and joining Ketu next Sunday, which will also break the first pulse of Kala Amrita Yoga that we experience this Spring.

The combined effects of the triple conjunction in Pisces and the inevitable influence of Kala Amrita Yoga could make the upcoming week quite impactful as the weight of the planets tip toward changes that require deep concessions, careful maneuvering, and compassionate diplomacy.

There is a strong connection through parivartana this week between Jupiter and Mercury as they exchange signs between Gemini and Pisces. Mars piggybacks on Mercury’s energy as they move past Saturn, with Mars also casting an aspect Jupiter’s way. This suggests that we analyze, strategize, and learn new things from existing structures of experience and wisdom as we navigate obstructions and endings while we contemplate new horizons.

The nodes remain strong, with Rahu amplifying chaos in Aquarius/Shatabishak, and Ketu in Leo grooving into Magha. This puts each of the nodes into a nakshatra with which they associate through June 30th, when Rahu moves into Dhanistha, indicating that we may be entering a period of time where events feel fated, intense, and karmic. The nodal axis pivots from retrograde to direct on Friday. The layered effects of the nakshatras occupied by the nodes, the pulsing of Kala Amrita Yoga, and the triple conjunction of Mercury, Mars, and Saturn indicate a consequential week ahead, so be careful about how you express yourself and take the actions you choose to do.

This week begins with Mercury freshly entered into the press of planets in Pisces, adding momentum to the pressure building as Mars moves in for conjunction with Saturn. The waning Moon starts the week in Capricorn and moves through the extremely active sector of the zodiac, finishing the week in Aries after the new Moon on April 17th, joining the Sun, who moves into its exaltation sign on April 14th. All of this combined sets the stage for a week of stormy astrological weather that could result in physical and emotional challenges that require digging deep into our toolboxes to avert actions that could create long term negative consequences.

As Mars moves deeper into Pisces, this is also creating a one-way aspect to Jupiter in Gemini, further pressing and heating our capacity for wise decision making. Avoid letting emotions direct impulsive action by inviting both time and space into the realm of reactions. Additionally, Jupiter has been tempering the chaos from Rahu’s strong position, which has perhaps helped in some regard to steer things in a more beneficial way, but that aspect is loosening as Jupiter moves forward toward Cancer and Rahu continues his retreat toward the early degrees of Aquarius.

The Moon passes through Pisces on Wednesday and Thursday in a deeply waning state, making those two days this week look a bit challenging. Rather than starting new things on those day, use that energy to finish, complete, clean, and let go. With the new Moon early on April 17th, we can re-set and initiate.

This week begins with a deeply debilitated and waning Moon, reflecting a sense of mental disconnect. The strong trio of planets in Pisces, the last zodiac sign, calls strongly for facing consequences and endings with a sense of needed finality. Saturn in Pisces is the slow moving pillar of this moment, reminding us that all things on earth come to an end, while at the same time, life continues to flow. The powerful energies of both Mars and the Sun surround this pillar, showing our desires for strategy, control, self preservation, and personal agenda attempting to express in a constantly shifting environment where physical reality and spiritual awareness collide.

Sensitive and beauty oriented Venus continues to move through fiery Aries, reflecting the need for compassion and diplomacy in the face of aggressive disconnect. Work hard on connections and maintaining relationships through the hard times.

Meanwhile the mechanism of Jupiter in Gemini extending positive regard into the dynamic and chaotic churning of Rahu and Mercury in Aquarius is helpful, but the waves may seem so big that the ideas of forward movement and good times ahead seem elusive. This is a week for small steps toward organization in the midst of big picture change.

April 2026 opens with a sense of pressure and instability, as multiple planetary forces converge in Pisces, creating a complex environment that challenges clarity, confidence, and direction. The full Moon in Virgo highlights the need to reconcile practical reality with the process of release, while Mars, Mercury, and Saturn build toward a potent conjunction that tests strategy, patience, and emotional steadiness. As the Sun moves into Aries, a shift begins toward renewal and forward momentum, supported by Venus finding stability in Taurus and Jupiter offering broader perspective from Gemini. Throughout the month, themes of fate versus free will, restraint versus action, and dissolution versus initiation remain active, asking us to move carefully, think deeply, and act with intention.

This week bridges March and April, starting with the waxing Moon pushing past Ketu, showing us that a combination of clever maneuvering and well placed force could open the closed gates. The Sun clears out of Saturn’s limiting influence, relieving some of the friction from last week. The full Moon in Virgo on Wednesday helps the week to pivot, urging us to get our hands into our projects and move things forward deliberately.

Venus forges ahead alone in Aries/Ashwini, setting the stage for the Sun later in the month, inviting us to switch our creative or business trajectories.

Mars enters Pisces before sunrise on April 2, causing a shift in energy as Mars departs Rahu’s conjunction and applies to Saturn, taking us from amplified aggression to uncomfortable checks on momentum, perhaps for the better.

As the planets continue to file out of Aquarius, eventually leaving the nodal axis alone, with Rahu in Aquarius and Ketu in Leo, we are set up for a series of Kala Amrita Yogas that will ebb and flow with the waxing and waning of the Moon starting mid-month.

Mars and Mercury move forward together in Purvabhadra, pointing our bows toward new channels of growth and away from constant chaotic regrouping.

With a waxing Moon, retrogrades behind us, and the dynamic energy of Rahu and Mercury in Aquarius still rocking world affairs, we greet an active week ahead. Spring is in the air, inviting nature’s urge for new growth and business as usual, but with the foundation of human activity causing extreme instability. The approach of Sun to Saturn in the universal sign of Pisces, which invites divine connection paired with the practical reality of karmic consequences, brings friction between individual agendas clashing with collective demands.

Exalted Venus epitomizes the vision of unconditional love and universal support, acting as inspiration in the midst of feeling powerless in a chaotic environment. Venus pushes through into Aries this week, moving our connections and creativity forward dynamically, with courage. Protect this forward motion with a sense of containment and restraint that will act as an insurance policy for assets. Deploy with care and strategy.

As we look ahead at this week, the Sun has moved to Pisces, joining Saturn and Venus. The waning Moon joins that Sun for the New Moon in Pisces on Wednesday. The Sun approaches Saturn for a conjunction which will cause a breaking point between ego driven power plays and practical reality.

Both Jupiter and Venus, the great helpers, have come into more power with Venus moving toward exaltation, leading the inner planets out of the pressure cooker of Rahu and Saturn in adjacent signs.

Mars begins to move away from Rahu, which has caused explosive energy, in addition to a sudden and chaotic war that seems to have no purpose or plan We also are seeing an increase in seismic and volcanic activity, which is common with a Mars+Rahu conjunction.

Retrograde Mercury continues throwing out that wild card energy until March 20, when it exactly conjuncts with Rahu as it stations direct.

Jupiter and Ketu out of the main fray indicate finding inner practices to anchor us, looking for the helpers, and learning new perspectives.

March 2026 is a month of exposure and recalibration. A Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo reveals vulnerabilities around power and self-expression at the beginnng of March, while Jupiter and Mercury both resume direct motion mid-month, restoring clarity and forward movement. As the Sun enters Pisces and meets Saturn, accountability deepens and illusions dissolve. February 2026 is a turning point month, marked by eclipse energy, retrogrades, and rare planetary unions. With a growing concentration of planets in Aquarius around Rahu, collective momentum builds rapidly, while the Saturn+Neptune conjunction in Pisces exposes the karmic cost of long-standing illusions. The Full Moon in Cancer asks for care and humanity, while the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius disrupts what we rely on to create a new future. This is not a month for certainty, rather it is a month for courage, recalibration, and conscious participation in the changing world.

MOON: August begins with a waxing Moon that becomes full in Capricorn on August 10th, urging us to slow down and look around as we seek clarity. Through the middle of August, the Moon wanes, joining the Sun in Leo for the new Moon on August 22nd where we take stock, re-set, and prepare to pivot.

MARS: Mars is in Virgo for all of August, leading us to take stock and regroup as we move forward deliberately into new campaigns while learning and healing from the sting of recent past lessons.

MERCURY: Retrograde Mercury splashes in Cancer through August 10th, when he resumes direct motion and helps us sort our way out of snags. Use the latter part of August to pick up dropped threads, process emotionally, and reorganize communication and organizational tools.

Tune into the astrological trends of June 2025 with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast. With all of the planets in forward motion and set in their new spots, we feel momentum building and invitations to plant seeds and foster growth.

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY SUN: The Sun keeps our focus on relationships, business, family, and communications in June. The first two weeks of June, the Sun finishes shining in Taurus, moves to Gemini on June 14th and joins Jupiter, firing up the big, warm growth engine through mid-July.

MOON: The Moon is waxing in early June coming into its full point on June 11th in the intuitive sign of Scorpio, bringing inner clarity that may not translate to logical reasoning. As June progresses, the waning Moon urges us to find quiet time during busy days. Pause fully at the new Moon in Gemini which joins the Sun and Jupiter on June 25th.

MARS: Mars finally blazes out of debilitation in Cancer on June 6th, where he gathers strength and strategy for a powerful Leo transit through July. While we may feel ready to hit the road at full speed, we may encounter obstacles that make us think again due to Ketu’s obstructive presence in Leo. Plan ahead for potential frustration to have a proper outlet valve.

MERCURY: Mercury is on the bounce in June, spanning three signs; the first week of June, Mercury is happy in Taurus. June 6 – 22, Mercury is ecstatic in Gemini joining Jupiter, and from June 22 onward through the summer, Mercury is found in Cancer. The first few weeks of June are great for organizing, multitasking, learning, and having fun!

JUPITER: Jupiter is setting up his new classroom as he moves through the early degrees of Gemini, receiving visits from Sun and Mercury during June. The main thing to watch is the mutual aspect of Jupiter and Rahu which is creating a rapid rise enviroment in all of the air signs: Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius. Watch what you wish for!

VENUS: Venus spends most of June in Aries, feeling the heat and getting primed for a productive time in the studio once she moves into Taurus on June 29th. This is passionate energy that can be harnessed for new projects and collaborations. June is for gathering materials, July is for creating with them.

SATURN: Saturn alone remains in the watery expanse of Pisces after the dramatic events of the Spring. While most of our consciousness is on board with our new directions, realize that there is a deep process occuring beneath the waves, inviting us to integrate the lessons that have come our way over the past couple decades

MERCURY: Mercury’s on the move in May, squeezing from Pisces into Aries on May 6th, and racing forward to Taurus on May 23rd. This is an indication that we’ve got projects and plans moving forward; with intelligent Mercury moving fast, take time to slow down and double check details.

JUPITER: Positive, growth promoting, and abundant, Jupiter guides us on our path and reminds us to find our teachers and teachings. Tune into the astrological trends of April 2025with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast.March madness continues into April as retrograde Mercury and Venus buzz around Pisces. Expect a tipping point at the full Moon on April 12th and then let gravity take its course. Find a balance between letting go of the defunct and preserving what produces.

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY

SUN: The Sun faces some turbulence navigating out of troubled waters during the first half of April, when we could face big decisions that need fast answers. April 13th sees the Sun disembarking into Aries, his sign of exaltation, where we begin forward progress and strategic execution.

MOON: Early April sees the Moon waxing, mentally preparing us for the tipping point that comes with the full Moon at the last degree of Virgo on April 12th. It’s time to move from transition to initiation and creation. The Moon wanes as April winds down, coming to a new Moon in Aries on April 27th, inviting us to root into our new directions.

MARS: On April 2nd, Mars roves back into Cancer for another deep dive into emotional processing. The plan is to face fears, be accountable, and find courage to move forward even though discomfort is your companion. In the depths of these waters lies the desire that fuels you. This opportunity for vulnerability is ripe through June 6th.

MERCURY: Mercury’s retrograde cycle in Pisces stops on April 7th, when we should all take a small break and get our bearings before attempting to be on our way. We may still be bearing with confusion, choices, and incomplete data sets as Mercury swims toward shore, following the Sun into Aries on May 6th. Slow down and be deliberate.

JUPITER: April is Jupiter’s last full calendar month in Taurus, so watch out for those sprouts coming up in the earth signs as Jupiter scatters his parting seeds in hopes of future growth opportunities. Now is the time to creatively integrate lessons that are soon to springboard you in new directions.

VENUS: Venus has completed her transition to morning appearance and will begin to shine before sunrise in the stars of Pisces during April. April 12th sees Venus resuming direct motion in the midst of a very intense conjunction of Rahu and Saturn. April will be an enormous diplomacy challenge that sees the masses pulling together for a common cause.

SATURN: Saturn embarks upon a nearly three year journey through Pisces in April, immediately coming into a tight meeting with Rahu, which could cause confusion and sudden situations that have long term consequences. Ma

Tune into the astrological trends of February 2025 with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast. February feels like a backstage moment, with the anticipation of the big play building up. With the outer planets preparing to shift signs from March through May, February is our time to practice, prepare, take stock, and adjust plans.

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY SUN: Sun moves from Capricorn to Aquarius on February 12th. Both signs are Saturn’s territory, the Sun’s known enemy. This is a tussle between what about me and what about everyone. Rather than shifting blame, practice detachment when you feel that ego swell.

MOON: The full Moon at the last degree of Cancer on February 12th brings us maximum light and realizations that help us find our landing direction as we crest the tipping point. The waning Moon during late February joins the Sun in Aquarius on February 27th, asking us to clean our containers, align our desires, and mentally prepare for big changes ahead.

MARS: Retrograde Mars has returned to Gemini, which could feel like a series of minor implosions as we re-visit earlier situations, but from a different perspective. Mars resumes direct motion on February 23rd, when we have the chance to change course and re-focus our agendas.

MERCURY: Mercury is on the bounce in February. His upward sprint through Capricorn tops out on February 11th, when he enters Aquarius for a quick transit past Saturn, urging us to tighten belts and slow down. On February 27th, Mercury enters Pisces until May 6th for a long stretch to cover the upcoming shakedown that ramps up in March.

JUPITER: As lord of the water sign, Pisces, retrograde Jupiter has been adrift in Taurus, reflecting the sloshing of transiting Rahu in Pisces. Clear guidance has been hard to come by for the past few months. On February 4th, Jupiter regains direct motion, which could lead to new resolutions and directions.

VENUS: Venus entered Pisces on January 28th for an extended stay, through May 31st. Venus and Mercury will hover in Jupiter’s final water sign together, each going retrograde and facilitating the outer planets’ upcoming shifts. This is a call for grace and compassion at the highest levels.

SATURN: Saturn’s final months in Aquarius are here; mid-February will see Mercury and Sun passing into Saturn’s realm, urging us reorganize our relationships with both personal responsibility and transactional expectations. Now is a good time to take stock of what has worked in the long term, and to prospect about what to

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY

SUN: The new year always sees the Sun moving through the warm and buoyant sign of Sagittarius through mid-January, which could feel slightly deflated this year with Jupiter retrograde. On January 13th the Sun moves to Capricorn for a month, urging us to stay commited to our dreams and visions even though the going may be tough.

MOON: The first full Moon of 2025 comes on January 13th in the last degree of Gemini, pushing us to find our own inner light when the outer roads seems dark and confusing. The Sun and Moon join for the new Moon in Capricorn on January 29th, suggesting that we settle in, quiet down, and listen up.

MARS: Mars continues in retrograde motion, pulling our power cords and forcing strategies that may confound us. On January 21st, Mars moves back into Mercury’s air sign of Gemini, scattering us into brainstorm mode when it comes to making ends meet and transactions complete. Foster curiosity and avoid knee jerk reactions.

MERCURY: Mercury represents our intelligence and capacity for learning and practicing skills. January sees Mercury in a good position to help us find the positives in our lesson plans as he transits Sagittarius. Quickly assess, discard what doesn’t fit, and integrate what does.

JUPITER: Jupiter’s final month in retrograde motion through Venus’ earth sign of Taurus will be January 2025. While positivity may be hard to harvest, both Mars and Jupiter’s retrograde motion are pulling us into a more intuitive response pattern that ultimately offers easy access to our internal control panel. When the answers don’t appear on the screen, close those eyes and see what you find inside.

VENUS: Venus joins Saturn in Aquarius for most of January. The creatrix Venus inspires innovation built on tried and true foundations. Begin to lay tracks toward long term creative projects and relationships.

SATURN: Saturn’s time treading through own territories is coming to a close after five years. Feeling the humble position of square one after building and rebuilding, look forward at what is possible based on where you stand now. Practice detachment from habits that hold you back.

RAHU: Rahu’s boat-rocking energy continues to bob and float in Pisces, vibrating through all of the water signs by aspect. Rahu’s alone time at sea is about to shift, with the inner planets beginning to filter in by late January. Now is a good time to find some quiet time and figure out what you want. What you really want. Make the intention of refining that information as it comes in.

KETU: Reorganize your beliefs about mental and physical intelligence, about intuition and instinct, and about how to bring peace to your body and mind. Open up to practices and treatments that help you realign to what feels healthy. Ketu is in Virgo to help you find those elusive ans

Tune into the astrological trends of November 2024 with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast. With the deep rumblings of big changes ahead, November draws us inward to clean house, take out the trash, and test drive new ideas before launching. Read or listen to the full forecast.

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY
SUN: The Sun reflects our individual expression and moves from the idea realm to the workshop on November 15th. Early November, we may be focused on social activities, performance, and collaboration with Sun in Libra. When Sun moves to Scorpio mid-month, get engaged for action as the rubber hits the road.

MOON: November sees a new Moon on both its first and last day. Sun and Moon join in Libra on November 1st and then in Scorpio on November 30th, indicating that this month may feel full of starting over and re-set buttons. In between, the full Moon in Aries on November 15th shows us the light and the road ahead.

MARS: Mars spends all of November in the watery sign of Cancer, forcing the powerful master of fire to slog and slosh through shifting waters of emotional sensitivity. This is a great opportunity to delve into emotions like anger and aggression, discovering the vulnerabilities that lie beneath them such that reparations can be made.

MERCURY: Mercury bounces through Scorpio all month, with a retrograde cycle from November 25th to December 15th. November is for deep analysis, doing the math, and communicating difficult things. Fixing things below the surface is crucial at this time!

JUPITER: Jupiter continues in retrograde motion through Venus' earth sign, Taurus. Give away what you don't want and feel the spaciousness of dissolving that which is past. This is a time for gratitude and humbly bowing toward our desire to become more than we are now.

VENUS: Venus manages the relationship department, which could have been a bit chaotic in October. November 6th sees Venus moving into Sagittarius, invoking an exchange of signs with Jupiter through month's end, bringing a twist that looks positive and rejuvenating.

SATURN: Saturn's deliberate pressure may reappear as he resumes direct motion on November 15th, adding spice to the several shifts we see mid-month. Going forward, choose where to take responsibility and put your determination to work as you move toward your goal.

RAHU: Rahu continues to make waves and rock boats in November. With Mars' power concentrated in Cancer where Rahu's gaze does extend, watch out for water element with excess power and energy. Keep the life vest in reach and higher ground in sight.

KETU: The intuitive and mystical Ketu continues to sit in Virgo, receiving the expansive aspect of Jupiter and enjoying some movement due to Mercury's transit through Scorpio. This is a good time to uncover hidden clues and obscure information that leads to liberating solutions.

Tune into the astrological trends of October 2024 with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast. The theme this month is confronting obstacles and surrendering to transformation. Read or listen to the full forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2024/Oct

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY
SUN: The solar eclipse in Virgo on October 2nd kicks off the month, closing one door and opening another. Self analysis will help with finding your next steps. The Sun moves to Libra on October 16th, setting us up for creative expression and rebalancing relationships.

MOON: The new Moon in Virgo on October 2nd results in a solar eclipse that allows us to remove blocks after receiving information that helps us to regard situations from a different perspective. The full Moon in Aries on October 17th encourages us to make moves and initiate actions that support us through deep transformation.

MARS: Mars moves from Gemini to Cancer on October 20th, moving our focus from theory to practice as we test newly learned skills. The watery and emotional environment challenges the precision and focus of Mars who relies on clear plans and available resources to execute his actions.

MERCURY: As ruler of the communication and health departments, Mercury moves away from his powerful position in Virgo on October 10th,where he facilitated seeing through blocks and finding a way forward. His quick dash through Libra from October 10 – 29 could help us reorganize and rejuvenate in the background while we are also doing big things on the main stage.

JUPITER: Jupiter enters a four month retrograde cycle on October 9th that may feel like the tides have changed, ebb or flow dependent on personal circumstances. The normal markers of growth or well being may shift during this time, making it confusing to know which way to grow. Fall back on fundamental reasons when doubt arises.

VENUS: Lovely Venus is also taking things from the drawing board to building site, which often involves a bit of demolition and removal to make a clean slate for new creations; this shift happens on October 12th, when vital Venus moves from her own sign of Libra into Mars' less comfortable zone of Scorpio.

SATURN: Saturn continues to occupy his own territory of Aquarius in retrograde motion, which can destabilize Saturn, giving us a chance to move a bit faster and with a lighter step, even when we're doing the hard work. Saturn's reminder is to take responsibility for what's yours and to let others take care of what is theirs, maintaining healthy boundaries so that togetherness doesn't become oppressive.

RAHU: Rahu continues to make waves such that we are being shown the truth in the troughs that has been hidden underwater until now. With the newfound data, we may be shifting our direction based on recently discovering or allowing latent desires to express themselves.

KETU: The solar eclipse of October 2nd gives some folks in the world a rare sighting of Ketu, notorious for the shadowy business of blockages and obstacles in the material realm. Even more glorious is Ketu's association with ascending into the freedom of spirit. What will you do with your newfound liberation?

9 Planets Summary

SUN: The Sun is strong in Leo through September 16th, but also faces a stand off with Saturn, who could slow things down. Moving to Virgo mid-September, the Sun enters the eclipse zone, continuing the potential for disruption and sudden change.

MOON: The New Moon in Leo on September 2nd pulls us inward to pause, cleanse, and re-set. The full Moon of September 17th in Pisces will fall under a partial eclipse, challenging our perceptions but revealing the inner wisdom that leads to our true desires.

MARS: Powerful Mars moves through Gemini in September, focusing on efficiency, education, travel, and health improvements. What has been stuck may begin to move with carefully applied force.

MERCURY: Recovering from the August retrograde cycle, Mercury moves into Leo on September 2nd with a new set of skills to keep on track with an eye for self-improvement. On September 22nd, Mercury rides into his own sign of Virgo, looking to help with any fallout the eclipses may cause.

JUPITER: Jupiter continues to inflate the earth signs from his station in Taurus, which could especially benefit the eclipse energy coming from Virgo. This is the year for practical lessons learned!

VENUS: The first half of September sees graceful and connective Venus struggling to flow, being forced to find new channels for creative expression. On September 18th, the flow may become a bit easier as Venus moves into her own sign of Libra for a rejuvenating respite.

SATURN: Retrograde motion of Saturn in Aquarius continues in September, giving us an advantage as the pressure may have lifted slightly. Move forward, add good things into your daily routine, and realize that taking care of yourself is an act of caring for all life.

RAHU: Rahu's time in the spotlight comes with the full Moon partial eclipse on September 17th, widely visible across the globe. Strap in for the various shifts and events in mid-September that could rock the boat.

KETU: Ketu's reputation as obstructive will come into play in September as the inner planets Venus and Mercury pass through Virgo this month. Approach obstacles with curiosity in the spirit of solving problems.

Tune into the astrological trends of June 2024 with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast. The focus this month is on the sign of Taurus. Read or listen to the full forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2024/Jun

NINE PLANETS SUMMARY
SUN: Until June 14th, the Sun transits Taurus, absorbing and beaming energies of connection and exchange. Sharing is caring! Sun passes into Gemini June 14th urging us to keep up momentum on our chosen projects.

MOON: New Moon in Taurus on June 6th. Plant seeds, eat well, settle in and get ready to move, all at once. Full Moon in Sagittarius June 21st brings our attention to upward tragectories as we experience intuitive mental clarity.

MARS: Mars transits Aries June 1 – July 12. It's time to execute plans and make changes. Focus. Don't waste energy on frustration, and do the work. The only thing we can change in the outside world is our own reaction to it.

MERCURY: Mercury moves through Taurus, enters Gemini on June 14th, and then leaps to Cancer on June 29th. This means that we may be able to cover lots of ground, network, practice our stuff, and socialize! Don't forget to nourish yourself as your skip into Summer.

JUPITER: Jupiter's desire for expansive growth beams through the Sun in Taurus as June begins. Find a few seeds to plant and nurture, establish roots in new ventures as we shift from plans and ideas to implementation and building.

VENUS: Venus has disappeared in the brilliant light of the Sun. Our muse and connective force is backstage, finding new expressions of beauty for the next act. Time to doodle and noodle as we let creative juices flow into new channels.

SATURN: Saturn continues to plod through Aquarius, applying light pressure that reminds us to keep it slow as we humbly do the needful. This message may begin to vary as Saturn assumes retrograde motion from June 29th – November 15th.

RAHU: After a very exciting six months of interaction with other planets, Rahu gets some alone time in Pisces. The boat may still rock in the waves, but less. Let this relatively quiet time open up space to explore desires.

KETU: Ketu in Virgo continues to be the anchor, reflecting in meditative practices, retreats in nature, and body-mind practices that ground us as the world turns, the seeds sprout, the waves get choppy, and our enthusiasm reverberates.

Read the detailed forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2022/Aug

SUN - For the first half of August, we continue our focus on family time as the Sun finishes his tour of Cancer, a sensitive and homey environment. This is a good time to make sure your heart and mind are on the same page. As you analyze what needs to stay, go, or change, consider how both your time and space will be affected by your personal decisions.

For the latter half of August, the Sun, which represents how we express ourselves as an individual, will travel through his own sign of Leo, which means that it’s a great time for “me” time, for solo projects, and for celebrating life with friends. The Sun is fiery and traversing fiery territory, and with other factors involved, could be subject to unexpected situations that engender fear or frustration. Make sure to balance the heated planetary weather with personal efforts to maintain the cool and calm.

MOON - August begins with a waxing Moon that becomes a full Moon in Capricorn, August 11. This could feel like a pivotal moment, caught between responsibility toward others while at the same time attempting to fulfill personal ambitions. That it may be possible to build a structure that will handle both could become evident.

Through the second part of August, the Moon begins to wane, once again joining the Sun for a new Moon in Leo on August 27.This time of the month can find our reserves of mental and physical energy low. It is a good time to rest and regroup. Leo is a good environment for assessing personal satisfaction. Don’t allow yourself to be talked out of going for what is really important.

MARS - Mars energy is felt as power, drive, strategy, resource management and problem solving. Like the Sun, Mars can push us toward making sure our personal requirements are fulfilled. This energy has been amplified since late June when Mars moved into Aries. We should feel a shift around August 10, when Mars changes signs to Taurus, where he will spend 6 of the next 7 months.

Where we may have felt driven, impatient or edgy with Mars in Aries, we may begin to use the resources and materials we’ve collected to improve, strengthen and beautify our surroundings. Doing our work, enjoying our food and focusing on creative pursuits, we may find ourselves calm and content. Settle in, because Mars has some good work to do in Taurus for the next couple of months.

MERCURY - Mercury’s condition is associated with how communications and transactions go. Until August 20, Mercury runs through Leo, which is a great time to get a clear head about self-expression, solo projects, and writing of any kind. Time to practice for performance, memorize lines, doodle until a good idea shows up, and have fun doing it.

Mercury will travel through Virgo from August 20 - October 24, a similar timeframe to Mars moving through Taurus. The combination of these two transits (Mercury in Virgo with Mars in Taurus) strongly supports material manifestation of long envisioned projects. Mercury in Virgo is great for hands-on work, analytics, lesson planning, writing, harvesting and processing. Just do it, as they say.

JUPITER - Jupiter’s transits reflect our growth processes and potential and are associated with positive outcomes, wisdom, and purpose. From April 2022 - April 2023, Jupiter benefits many domains of lifeby moving through Pisces.

Don’t be surprised if some momentum is lost or hopes deflated temporarily due to Jupiter retrograde from July 28 - November 23. Just when you thought you were ready to grab that diploma and go, you may find that certain lessons bear repeating. Don’t resist this opportunity for re-doing and re-learning. Sink back and let the tides guide you as you dive deep

July 2022 Astrological Forecast
by Kerry Shamblin

https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2022/Jul

Summary: In Plain English
SUN - For the first half of July, the Sun travels through Gemini, which can bring a slate of rapid changes and a demanding schedule, which could lead to exhaustion, because the Sun is very strong during the early summer months. We feel as if we can keep going and see everything there is to see—by imbibing the abundant sunlight alone. The latter half of July has the Sun moving into Cancer, which could lead us into necessary self-care or withdrawal from frantic activities that have been draining our energy. The Sun in Cancer can make us feel resentful if we are forced to serve as caretaker to others, because we feel drained from too much activity. Make plans for more relaxation, family time, and waterside fun during July.

MOON - Early in July, the Moon waxes, growing stronger and becoming full in Sagittarius on July 13. When the Moon is full, our mental activity and emotional responses can become difficult to control, while our physical energy feels ample. Beware of overspeculation from July 11 to 13. Late in July, the Moon wanes and moves past the other planets, which could leave us feeling vulnerable, sensitive, and anxious. With the Sun in Cancer concurrently, this re-emphasizes the advice to schedule enough calm time for rest and rejuvenation. On July 28, the Moon joins the Sun in Cancer for the New Moon; some other influences could feel like attacks that inspire retreating into a safe space.

MARS - Mars' influence during July could be hard to handle. Mars will move through Aries, which makes him very powerful, hot, and potentially aggressive. With good planning, this energy could be used to achieve great work. The unstable and amplifying energy of Rahu, which will enhance Mars' firepower this month, could manifest as sudden disruptions to ongoing operations. While it is difficult to plan for unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to be ready for anything. Don't allow frustration at unwanted change to overtake your faculties of logic. We will need all of the problem-solving magic we can get in July. Balance this very hot placement of Mars with cooling and calming activities that also create a channel for letting off physical, mental, and emotional steam.

MERCURY - The winged sandal image we have of Mercury holds true this month as Mercury dashes through two signs: his own sign of Gemini for the first half of July and into Cancer for the latter half. This means that our messenger is walking hand-in-hand with the Sun for the entire month, which gives us an opportunity to really express what we are thinking and feeling on a heart-and-soul level. With the speed of Mercury, we may feel like packing in too much activity, and we may overestimate our energy reserves. Plan for a light work schedule during the latter half of July, which supports organizing, getting in touch with friends, and catching up on small tasks, communications, repairs, and projects at home.

JUPITER - We are enjoying the positive and expansive vibes of Jupiter as he sails through the universal ocean of Pisces. All of the water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) are boosted by this transit through April 2023. Jupiter helps us to hold space through challenging transitions, and he reminds us to fall back on our connection with nature and divinity to buoy us through loss, frustration, and difficulty. At the end of July, Jupiter begins a retrograde period that extends through November, and which may suppress some of the positive support we expect from Jupiter. June 2022 Astrological Forecastby Kerry Shamblin

During the first week of June, we have Mercury resuming direct motion after a few weeks of retrograde cycle, and Saturn beginning a 6-month retrograde cycle. This could feel like shifting gears as our slow and deliberate planet, Saturn, can sometimes move things along more quickly when retrograde. Additionally, Mercury’s transition back to direct motion can leave things feeling unsure or disorganized.

The first half of June sees the Moon waxing, moving through the first half of the zodiac and reaching full status on June 14 in Scorpio. This could be a good time for understanding new strategies for transformation with the Moon waxing and with Mercury regaining his balance.

Just after the full Moon, the Sun moves from Taurus to Gemini on June 15 for a month in Mercury’s air sign. The summer solstice occurs when the Sun transits Gemini, yielding the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere, June 21. Gemini is active and could inspire journeys from mid-June to mid-July.

After the Sun leaves Taurus, Venus enters on June 18. Venus rules Taurus, giving strength to the combination with Mercury. These two energetic, inspired, and enthusiastic movers will support social and business connections, creativity, communication, and networking from mid-June through July 2, when Mercury enters Gemini.

Things may heat up when Mars joins Rahu in Aries from June 27 through August 10. With Aries being the first sign of the zodiac, ruled by Mars himself, we could see the spark that ignites our new plans. Rahu amplifies the energy of planets in his vicinity, and Mars tends toward power and action.

Retrograde Saturn in Aquarius will aspect this combination in Aries through July 12, which provides the air that sparks need to ignite. Be careful with your actions as the summer heats up. Pay attention and keep the water jug at hand.

The waning Moon joins the Sun at 14 degrees Gemini on June 28. This new Moon falls in the nakshatra of Ardra, ruled by Rahu, urging us to relax as June becomes July. The urge from all other quarters will be to move bravely ahead; do so with both courage and caution.

Summary

April 2022 brought some notable planetary shifts, with the nodal axis settling into Aries and Libra, Jupiter moving into Pisces and Saturn moving into Aquarius. Just prior to May beginning, we see Venus move to join Jupiter in Pisces, Saturn joining Mars in Aquarius and Mercury pushing past Rahu into Taurus. The final show of April is a partial solar eclipse in Aries on April 30th.

The Moon waxes during the first half of May as the outer planets settle into new positions. The full Moon in Scorpio results in a total lunar eclipse on May 15th and16th, visible in Europe, Africa and the Americas.

Mercury will be in retrograde motion from May 10th to June 3rd in the earth sign of Taurus. These phases can be challenging to communication and transactions due to the strong, chaotic undertone of retrograde motion. Best to slow down and triple check.

From April 27th through May 23rd, there will be a beautiful and positive combination gracing the oceanic sign of Pisces, with its ruler Jupiter combining with Venus, who reaches exalted status there. Look out for positive connections with teachers and helpers while enjoying moments of profound spiritual grace.

The Sun moves from exaltation in Aries to join Mercury in Taurus from May 15th to June 15th . This will move the Sun into the front of the procession of planets as they advance past the outer planets, perhaps giving the sense of moving forward with a new face after an extended period of patience.

Fiery Mars also shifts signs from Aquarius to Pisces on May 16th, joining the auspicious combination of Jupiter and Venus. It is positive when Jupiter's influence can guide the power of Mars, which will continue through June 26th. Venus moves from Pisces to Aries on May 23rd, breaking the peace of the Pisces transit and trading for the passionate position of traveling through Aries with Rahu.

The Moon wanes through the latter half of May, coming to join the Sun in Taurus for the new Moon on May 30th. For more details on all of these planetary movements for May, please continue listening.

April begins and ends with a new Moon, the first on April 1 in Pisces and the second on April 30 in Aries manifesting as a partial solar eclipse. This first eclipse of 2022 is paired with a total lunar eclipse on May 15-16.

In between, we are looking at some dramatic shifts in April. The nodal axis (Rahu and Ketu) shifts sign pairings every 1.5 years and now is the time. By April 12, no matter how we calculate, Rahu will begin a stint in Aries as Ketu moves through Libra. Pay attention to new desires that arise during this time, as they may fuel and direct new ventures.

On April 13, Jupiter moves into Pisces for an uninterrupted year of transit through his own water sign. Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac and Jupiter's transit here invites integrating lessons, leaving behind outdated forms and preparing to transition to new situations.

Mercury enters Aries on April 8, followed by the Sun on April 14. These are the leaders as our energy moves into new avenues, with Mercury analyzing new terrain and the Sun coming into exalted status, only to be eclipsed at month's end.

From April 7 – May 16, Mars transits Aquarius, which could feel as if some form of cool relief has descended on situations of agitation or aggression. With this we see a transition of heavy Saturn influence on Mars, which may have caused some friction, to a budding Jupiter influence on Mars, which could be helpful as we decide how to redirect our efforts.

With new Moons on either end of April, we see a beautiful full Moon in Libra on April 16. Venus as ruler of Libra continues to guide our social interactions, giving us good perspective at this full Moon.

Venus transits her exaltation sign of Pisces, joining a well dignified Jupiter, between April 27 – June 17. This should bring some positive influences in the realms of relationship growth.

April 2022 has been a horizon line for some months, as so many dynamic shifts are happening with the planets. Now that we are here, be ready for new opportunities and make the moves!

The Sun is growing stronger and the days longer in the Northern hemisphere here on Earth. Round 2 of Kala Sarpa Yoga is in full swing as March begins, breaking up when the Moon moves past Rahu on March 10. If times are intense as February becomes March, this may explain it. Between March 10 – 24, we have a clarity break and come up for some air.

The signs of Saturn are quite packed in March, with a new Moon in Aquarius on March 2 and a host of planets moving through Capricorn as well. This Saturn-heavy situation begins to breaks up toward late March when Sun and Mercury move to Pisces. This grouping of planets in the practical signs of Saturn could be a summit meeting of sorts as we collectively plow forward out of a difficult few years.

Mercury moves through Aquarius from March 6 – 24, joining Jupiter who is moving quickly toward his entrance to Pisces on April 12. This is a good time to wrap up loose ends in preparation for moving, either literally or figuratively. Lessons learned, time to move forward together.

The intense conjunction of Venus and Mars that has prevailed since mid-February will loosen up mid-March. The planets of love and power having to make it work on common ground has driven many to make serious decisions around relationships and resources. By mid-March we could see that choices have been made; Venus and Mars will slowly gain space apart signaling new chapters, similar to Mercury and Jupiter and their tandem momentum.

The Sun moves to Pisces on March 14, followed by Mercury on March 24, which begins to bring more expansive energy that allows for finding new space and growth avenues.

The Moon is full in the sign of Virgo/Uttaraphalguni on March 18. This will be a good time for perspective, analysis and preparation before we head into the final pulse of Kala Sarpa Yoga on March 24. The last week in March may have us feeling pulled by the tide and the challenge will be to balance surrender with steering.

There is a new Moon in Capricorn on February 1st, with the Sun, Moon, retrograde Mercury and Saturn all present. Perhaps a suggestion that we find ourselves in the beginning phases of initiating projects and finding direction as this new calendar month dawns.

Mercury regains direct motion on February 3 and begins to generate momentum as he moves through Capricorn until March 6. The open and childlike nature of Mercury enjoys the environment of Capricorn and the company of Saturn, who brings the wisdom of experience to the intelligence of Mercury.

On the day the Mercury regains direct motion, Saturn and Sun make their annual exact conjunction, which could bring up conflicts around self interest vs group welfare. After this, the tension should lessen and Sun moving through Aquarius from February 13 – March 14, joining Jupiter, should provide some positivity and focus.

Venus and Mars will be transiting in tandem, a tight conjunction, from February 11 – March 12. This begins in Sagittarius and moves into Capricorn on February 26. Making space for the power and grace of these two passionate planets to collaborate could be helpful in getting relationships on track or creative projects moving forward.

The Moon waxes during the first half of February, becoming full in the early degrees of Leo on February 16. This full Moon falls in Magha nakshatra will root us in the wisdom of our ancestors as we observe new growth opportunities.

We experience a few pulses of Kala Sarpa yoga in the next couple of months which may feel like strong surges that push us toward our future, paired with short periods of rest, recovering and observation. The first surge is January 28 – Feb 10 and the second is February 25 – March 10. Have a plan but be ready for anything!

The final month of 2021 opens with a total solar eclipse at the new Moon on December 4, with Sun, Moon and Mercury joining Ketu in the sign of Scorpio. This is the second eclipse from the final eclipse pairing of 2021 and brings a moment of darkness that invites a turning inward to connect with intuitive information.

Mars joins the grouping in Scorpio later on December 4, bringing us an intense transit where the two lords of Scorpio, Mars and Ketu, are occupying that sign together until January 16. This is an opportunity to consolidate power and structure intuitive information with logic.

Venus moves from Sagittarius to Capricorn December 8 and begins a retrograde phase on December 19 that returns her to Sagittarius on December 29. Venus will appear brightly in the western sky after sunset this month but will then disappear from view as she changes phase from evening star to morning star. This is a great time for relationship reorganization and creative overhauls.

Mercury transits Sagittarius from December 9 – 28, which is a pleasant place to be in December. With the Sun joining Mercury on December 15, this is a great time to make financial, travel and educational plans for 2022.

The full Moon comes on December 18 in the sign of Gemini, opposing Sun and Mercury in Sagittarius. This looks like some good potential for keeping things merry and bright for holiday celebrations.

On December 28, Mercury moves to Capricorn for a long stay which involves a retrograde period from January 13 – February 3, 2022. Mercury joins Saturn in his own sign for ten weeks; plan ahead for using this upcoming transit to make serious strides on communication, networking and education related projects.

November 2021 opens with Venus recently moving to Sagittarius through December 8, creating a sense of expansion of creativity and relationships after a period of instability that may have made or broken connections.

Mercury covers ground in November moving through Libra from November 1 – 20 and then shifting to Scorpio from November 20 – December 9. The first few weeks of November with Mercury joining Mars could put us back on track for work projects. We may be eager to charge ahead, but Saturn's aspect on Libra could keep us plodding safely.

The New Moon comes on November 4 when the Moon and Sun join in the sign of Libra, Swati nakshatra. With the shifts in early November, we may be wise to conserve energy and plan for a light schedule during the first week.

The middle part of November provides the bulk of our planetary shifts, starting with the Sun moving to Scorpio November 16. This opens our eclipse season, as Sun joins Ketu for a month.

The Moon becomes full, joining Rahu in Taurus for a partial lunar eclipse on November 19. We may take this moment to pause and turn inward, confirming that our desires are on track.

The next day, November 20, sees both Jupiter and Mercury shifting signs. Mercury joins the grouping in Scorpio and Jupiter begins a rapid five month transit through the sign of Aquarius. This could be the shift we've been waiting for, putting us back on a course for growth and adventure.

Let these eclipse vibrations and Jupiter's new dignity settle in during the last part of November. It's been a rough ride here on Earth!

September has a focus on the signs of Leo, Virgo and Libra, a creative and energetic trio of signs. Virgo is an earth sign, ruled by Mercury, which will be well managed through the month as Mercury himself is transiting there.

On September 5, Venus exits Virgo for her own sign of Libra, an improvement that will allow for a fresh and clean creative slate. Later that same day, Mars exits Leo and joins Mercury for a long stint that could be supportive of work projects of all kinds, health care appointments and adjustments and any venture that requires planning, analysis, communication and engineering.

The new Moon comes on September 6, as the Sun and Moon join in Leo. This could be a calm moment that assists us in re-focusing. From there, the Moon waxes and passes by the many planets between her and appearance as the full Moon in Pisces on September 20.

The Sun joins Mercury and Mars in Virgo on September 16 and brings his light and focus to the ongoing work. This is a good time to harvest what fruits there may be and continue preparations for bigger moves that will manifest when Saturn and Jupiter resume direct motion in mid-October.

Mercury will enter Libra on September 21, but then assume retrograde motion on September 26, which returns him to Virgo on October 1, where he regains direct motion on October 18. Simply put, the latter half of September, while Mercury joins Venus in Libra, could be a good time to take a break from work and give more juice to socializing, relaxing and finding creative inspiration.

The retrograde motion of the outer planets continues to reveal flaws and slow down forward progress, but this turns around in October. Use September to analyze, problem solve and implement systems in preparation for bigger moves in the near future.

August 2021 Astrology Forecast Summary

by Kerry Shamblin

Read the detailed forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2021/Aug

August becomes a planetary balancing act, with forward movement and activation indicated by the planets moving through Cancer and Leo and with retrograde reticence coming from the outer planets Saturn and Jupiter in the opposite signs, Capricorn and Aquarius. This could result in a general feeling of being pulled in different directions due to transitions and initiations.

During the first week of August, Mercury overtakes the Sun in the sign of Cancer and then moves to Leo August 8. The messenger and communicator could be a good intellectual counterbalance to emotionally charged situations. After August 8, Mercury joins Mars in Leo and receives the aspect of Jupiter until August 25. This is great energy for planning and networking.

August 8 sees the Sun and Moon join for the new Moon in Cancer/Ashlesha. Mercury's proximity helps with emotional balance, but physical energy may feel depleted. The Moon waxes and joins Jupiter on August 21-22 for the full Moon in Aquarius/Dhanistha. This could feel like a ripening of work begun in the spring of 2021.

Venus is moving through Leo and Virgo during August, with the creative influence of the Sun's sign hosting her through August 10, when she shifts to Virgo, Mercury's earth sign. Both of these signs offer a challenge to collective and social Venus, but either one can also be a spectacular setting for inspired Venus' creative potential.

The Sun brightens his own sign of Leo from August 16 – September 16, joining Mars and creating a powerful, fiery scene. This is supportive for recreational activities, self-improvement efforts and solo projects or contributions.

By August 25, Mercury crosses into his own sign of Virgo, joining Venus and adding some energy to her connective flow. Mercury's energy here is quite strong, being his own sign, exaltation sign, and currently receiving the aspect of an activated Rahu. From late August to the Autumnal Equinox, we should amplify Mercury's adaptive and cheerful mind as we adjust to new positions.

July 2021 Astrology Forecast Summary

by Kerry Shamblin

Read the detailed forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2021/Jul

July dawns as the Moon is waning. On July 9, the Moon and Sun join for the new Moon in Gemini. This could be a good time to regroup and organize for a new chapter. Mercury, ruler of Gemini, joins this new Moon as Mercury is quickly transiting Gemini from July 7 – 25.

After an eclipse pairing in May/June and a recent Mercury retrograde cycle, we may be reeling from unexpected circumstances. This month, we have the chance to start building again within a relatively more stable environment.

Mars and Venus conjoined in Cancer while opposing retrograde Saturn in Capricorn are the main generators for this new productivity. Passionate drive toward new horizons should be based on practical realities; pay attention to foundations.

The Sun transits Cancer from July 16 – August 16, which puts him into opposition with Saturn. These two planets can create friction in the realm of individual agenda vs. collective resources. Finding the right balance will lead to fruitful eventualities.

By July 20, both Venus and Mars will have moved into Leo, changing the tone somewhat due to Jupiter's aspect on Leo. Jupiter advances growth and positivity, which could be variable due to his retrograde motion. Nonetheless, this influence could be helpful in solidifying those newly shored up foundations.

After July 9, the Moon waxes once again, becoming full in the sign of Capricorn on July 23. This puts the Moon into the mix with most of the other planets, shedding light upon all aspects of the current situation, both positive and negative.

July's end sees Mercury rapidly buzzing along, passing through the sign of Cancer from July 25 – August 8. His quick pace places him ahead of the Sun as he plunges into Leo, joining Venus and Mars on August 8. Even though there seem to be many rapidly moving parts at this time, we may be able to settle into a relatively more stable environment on which we can begin to rebuild.

June 2021 Astrology Forecast Summary

by Kerry Shamblin

Read the detailed forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2021/Jun

Mars moves to Cancer on June 1 for a seven-week transit that challenges our expression of power, especially with a hard aspect from Saturn putting on the brakes. Because of this restrictive pattern, we may choose to surrender to a slower pace and gentler gaze.

We experience an annular solar eclipse at the new Moon in Taurus on June 10. Generally the new Moon sees our collective energy dip, and with the added eclipse factor, it may be wise to step back and sit down for a spell around this time in order to preserve energy and vitality.

Sun transits Gemini from June 14 – July 16; free of Rahu's chaotic influence and receiving the positive push of Jupiter, this could be a productive time in the realms of communications and markets.

Jupiter will be in retrograde phase from June 20 – October 17, 2021. This drags him back to the late degrees of Capricorn on September 20 where he reunites with Saturn until November 20. We may feel a series of bumps through the remainder of 2021 as Jupiter's growth potential expands and contracts.

Venus joins Mars in the Moon's sign of Cancer from June 22 – July 16. This will set up a couple of months of proximity between the archetypal feminine and masculine. The first chapter, when the pair transits Cancer, the feminine will prevail due to the Moon's hosting. Draw upon the passion and creative energy of this combination as solutions are birthed.

Also on June 22, Mercury resumes direct motion in Taurus. His subsequent return to direct motion will help us to reorient and ground as we find appropriate directions that may have been revealed after recent upheaval.

The full Moon of June 24 sees the Moon in Sagittarius opposite the Sun in Gemini, inspiring us to find connections and exchanges that can propel us toward our short and long-term goals. There are a plethora of shifts and changes in June that will flow into a paradigm that takes us through September.

The Sun and the inner planets will be moving through Venus' earth sign, Taurus this month. Taurus is currently occupied by Rahu, which can amplify, confuse and destabilize the energy of the sign and the other planets passing through.

Mercury transits through Taurus May 1-25, Venus transits through her own sign of Taurus from May 4-28, and the Sun from May 14 – June 14. Taurus is a fertile, creative and vibrant sign that will support social connections and creative projects this month.

Just before the Sun moves to Taurus, he is joined by the Moon on May 11 for the new Moon. In the days leading up to May 11, the waning Moon may cause feelings of depletion. Best not to push too hard at this time, even though the energetic planets in Taurus beckon.

Jupiter is still moving in direct motion through Aquarius, providing a positive, guiding influence on Mars, who transits Gemini during the month of May. This is a good combination for planning the next growth stage.

On May 23, Saturn begins a retrograde cycle that will last through October 10. Retrograde motion can sometimes produce reverse effects, which could cause Saturn appear a bit quicker and lighter on his feet. This could also indicate foundational editing to be done.

On May 26, there will be a full Moon total eclipse as the Moon joins Ketu in Scorpio and the Sun joins Rahu in Taurus. The second eclipse of this pair comes at the next new Moon on June 10.

Mercury will initiate a retrograde cycle on May 29 that returns him to Taurus where he resumes direct motion on June 22. Both retrograde cycles and eclipses tend to bring unexpected circumstances and disruptions. It may be a good idea to be productive and focused during the first half of the month while remaining relaxed and open to changes that late May could bring.

April 2021 Astrology Forecast Summary

by Kerry Shamblin

Read the detailed forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2021/Apr

The big news of the month is Jupiter's ingress into the sidereal sign of Aquarius on April 5. This should begin to uplift what has been stuck, allowing new philosophical perspectives to inspire wise solutions.

The planets will spread out this month, which gives a smoother experience than when the planets form pairs or clumps. Jupiter's move is creating space away from his Saturn conjunction and similarly, Venus will be moving away from the Sun. Venus moves from Pisces to Aries on April 10, followed by the Sun on April 13 and Mercury on April 16.

Venus will begin her evening appearance after sunset in the western sky toward the end of April. As indicator of connection, relationship and enjoyment, Venus getting to shine separately from the Sun brings inspiration to get started with new projects or relationships, even if the feeling of being fully prepared isn't yet met.

The new Moon is on April 11 in Jupiter's water sign, Pisces, within the final nakshatra, Revati. This is a good time for a re-set, a new start and necessary good byes.

The intense Mars+Rahu combination in Taurus also breaks up on April 13, when Mars moves into Gemini. This is a positive shift, as Jupiter will influence by aspect the entire transit of Mars in Mercury's air sign, through June 1. This is a great combination for gaining ground on projects that require strategy and communication.

The Sun and Mercury joining Venus in Aries put strong emphasis on this first sign of the zodiac, a platform from which we can initiate new cycles. The Sun is exalted in Aries, helping us to make clear where we should put the energy and enthusiasm shown by Mercury and Venus.

Through the later weeks of April, the Moon is waxing, becoming full in Libra, Swati nakshatra, on April 26. We may feel a renewal of energy and vitality that allows us to be resilient and creative as we respond to unexpected or challenging situations.
