There seems to be a demand for the most personal information online these days and so people find themselves giving way too much about themselves in a bid to be popular or loved.

Where do we draw the line on how much is too much?

This is one of those table shaking episodes because, how can family be toxic, right? Or you might be a person who absolutely believes that toxicity in the family is a thing.

The term "toxic" is definitely another one of the buzzwords of our time but in today's episode we dive into what it actually means in relation to the family.

Being an adult is an entirely intricate process on its own, thrown in the dynamics of frienship and you have a hodge podge of complication. At least it seems that way on the surface but is that the reality?

What was the first thing that came to your mind when you saw the topic of this episode? If you're anything like most of us, you immediately thought about romantic relationships and then proceeded to think about whether the answer is a yes or no.

So I've seen a lot of "living with the family" situations and it can be quite interesting observing the dynamics of the relationship when everyone is choking each other with love. We generally believe that being close to family means being in the same space with them. But does physical proximity actually mean closeness in relationships? Where do we draw the line on how "in my space" people should actually be?

Today's episode talks boundaries, closeness and eating in the same plate :)
