Kevin is a realtor at Realty One Group, and his office is located in Loomis, but his expertise expands within the entire region. He shares his insight on the current market and where we are heading. He is highly involved in the community and the Placer county association of Realtors. He has built a very successful career assisting clients to achieve homeownership.

This allows him to build a strong bond with the people he serves. Mark is an avid sports fan and a big fan of the Raiders.
Benita Tadena is a loan officer at Cross Country Mortgage. She has been in the real estate community for over 20 years. She has years of experience and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to mortgages. Benita loves working with all types of buyers and her company offers a multitude of products in order to fit each buyers need. Last year Benita decided to bring her son, JL, onto her team! He is a licensed loan officer, but he also helps Benita with her production. The two work together seamlessly as partners and they are looking forward to grow their business over the next few years!

Katie has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years! She is a top producing loan officer at Partners Mortgage and has been there for almost 10 years. She started her career with a big bank and decided she wanted to work with a company that was about helping people, not just treating the client like another transaction. She has built an amazing team that has helped her achieve some incredible goals. Katie prides herself on making sure her clients are always taken care of and never left with any questions or doubts about the home buying process. In her spare time you can find her and her husband Dan in Tahoe, hanging out with their family (they just welcomed a new grand baby into the family!) and of course loving on their precious dogs!
Karen brings many years of mortgage industry experience to every transaction. This unique vocation began when Mike started umpiring Little League games thirty years ago.Mike is married to Cindy Miklaus, his amazing wife for more than 14 years. Between them, they have eight adult children. Matt Miller has been a Loan Officer for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since 2015. Growing up in a family of Realtors, Brittany obtained her Real Estate license at just 19 years old. After a few years, she realized that selling homes wasn’t her passion, but she was fortunate to be offered a job as a loan processor. This led to Brittany realizing how much she loved helping clients with their lending needs, and she decided to also obtain her Lending License. Brittany thrives when she is building relationships with clients and prioritizes clear communication.Outside of the office you can find Brittany spending time with her husband Laif, and their two boys, Parks and Race, often on the lake or at the beach. They moved from Santa Cruz to Rocklin in 2016 to be closer to family, and love going back to visit as much as possible. Brittany loves cooking, going to concerts, wake surfing, dirt biking, and road tripping - anything with an adventure involved!

Rich Manning is a retired American professional basketball player who was selected by the Atlanta Hawks in the second round (40th overall) of the 1993 NBA Draft. A 7 foot power forward-center born in Tacoma, Washington, Manning played two years in the NBA, for the Vancouver Grizzlies (1995–1996) and the Los Angeles Clippers (1997). He played collegiality at both Syracuse University and the University of Washington, after having attended Center High School in Antelope, California. Now Rich is a husband and father of three boys. He loves to spend his time coaching basketball and helping people achieve homeownership . Rich has been a loan officer for 19 years, and has enjoyed every client he has helped!
Kevin and Chassity Dawson are long-time residences in the greater Sacramento area. As the owners of Blue Star Lending, they have built a company around their passion and values. Although Stephanie has only been in the mortgage industry for a few years, she is quickly making a name for herself. She is highly driven and passionate about helping her clients understand the mortgage process. She is working with Guild Mortgage and is helping train realtors on the loan process as well.
Stephanie devotes a lot of time to charities, and she sponsors a dog adoption with every transaction she completes. In the little free time she has, she likes to spend it with good friends, family, her fiancé, and of course her own dog, Dottie!

Tami Moreno is a loan originator in Cameron Park, CA for Envoy Mortgage. When people ask her what the most important qualities of a loan originator are, she tells them knowledge, honesty, and determination.
Tami has been in the mortgage industry for over 17 years, not just as a loan originator, but as a manager of a team of loan processors, as well as a production manager to a team of loan originators. As part of these teams, she has worked with a wide variety of underwriters and lenders, gaining knowledge and giving her the edge in knowing up front what will be required on your loan and what will pose a challenge.

Tracy is an almost 15 year veteran in the mortgage industry. She works for Geneva Financial in Roseville, Ca. In 2007 she decided to change directions in helping people, she went from servicing at risk youths and families as a probation officer to serving hard working families and individuals. Yes, this was when our market crashed in CA so she wasn’t getting into this field to make a “killing” she wanted to continue to help, guide, and educate families and individuals. To this day she is still helping individuals and loves working with first time home buyers, families moving up, our wonderful veterans, and families getting back in the market after a short sale or foreclosure. Outside of work she loves spending time at the baseball and soccer field with her two kids cheering them on!
