Da Newsletta is not dead, and I needed to get back into this thing! The thing to look forward to in this episode, it’s towards the end when I talk about the Capitol J Championship. While we do have Big J and Championship Bound as the longest rivalry in this league, it’s fun to walk down memory lane and stir up some drama. I think I’ll throw some wrestling, Mario Kart 64, and Hamilton references. Since I’m making this summary after the fact, I think I will.

Big J is featured once again in our Madden Representation game. We go over the current records of our individual coaches, and I talk a little bit about the Jacksonville league that I am in. With one week in the books, we evaluate the start and sit decisions of the various teams, and whether or not any optimal lineups would have swayed the odds in their favor. I also go into how I wanted the Madden game to be incorporated into our fantasy league, and even have time to review my roster in one of my other leagues. Let us all rejoice that football is here!
We are back! “Heartache to heartache,” per Pat Benatar. The NFL season has commenced and this week we will see our first case of action in who knows how long (except that it was way too long).
