This is a rewind episode from episode 25 which originally aired on Jan. 23, 2022. Tai & Adrienne give a 10 minute intro & then the entire episode of the original Mope's interview, including Tai & Adrienne intros & outros plays.Episode deetz:Tai & Adrienne have a discussion with Mopes, formerly known as Prolyphic from the Strange Famous Records fam on this episode of DOD45 .While Tai draws a stag with owls in its antlers, they have a well-rounded chat, which at times is a lot of fun, like Mopes' heartache being a New York Jets fan & Tai's heartache being a Utah Jazz fan. Of course they discuss Mopes' recent EP & his upcoming album release, but the conversation also dips into some discussion about racism, the 80s tv series Alf, Mopes' creative approach when it comes to making music, Madonna's book Sex, accidental deaths on movie sets, Mike Tyson's struggles & growth, working with Chicago emcee Robust, safety precautions on movie sets and they share some of their favorite lyrics. There are many other topics they cover so rather than read it here, just watch the whole episode. Holy Smokes it’s episode 80 already! Yay! Episode 80 is a pretty cool milestone. It’s nowhere near as many as a lot of our contemporary podcasts, but it’s also nothing to slouch at. What does it matter, we’re here! And boy am I glad to be here and very excited to share with you our guests for this episode 80 of the DOD45 Show. Our guests on this episode are Slugghead. Brother and Sister duo, Nalei & Soul Taeoalii. Hmmmm. That last names sounds familiar doesn’t it? It should, because that’s our last name and you guessed it, they’re our kids. We’re not having’em on cuz they’re our children though, cuz that would be lame, were having’em on because they have an album coming out on Dec. 29th and they’re performing it live for their album release show on December 28th at The Beehive venue inside of Mark of the Beastro in Salt Lake City, UT. Soul & Nalei join us to discuss their music, their upcoming show and where their inspirations to create, what they call, avant grade music. We realize how bizarre it is to have our children on our podcast to talk about their music, but when you see and hear these two, you’ll realize that “bizarre” equals comfort zone. They have been traveling with us to art shows all across the world since the day they were born and they’ve been witness to more things than most people in the back nine of their lives, so we talk about some of their first & favorite concerts they went, they’re beginnings as musicians and they also have the chance to air their grievances with how we raised them and dragged them all across the country for art shows. It’s a quick episode and I think you’ll be surprised just how fun our conversation is and I also think when you get just a taste of their music you’re going to wish you lived in Utah so you could attend their show on the 28th. For those of you who are in Salt Lake, clear your schedule, get your best costume or night attire together cuz you’ve got an album release party to attend to.Wipe off the dripping mascara, pull the nylons over your head, crack your knuckles and prepare yourself for our artistic family affair on this episode 80 of The DOD45 Show. We'll draw the winners on next week's episode 80 with Slugghead.Ho Ho open up yo door…..or shall I say open up your drow….your drow, your drawer, the drawer you keep your pens and paper in, cuz tonight’s episode of the dod45 show is our Christmas Drawing Party with the Strange Famous Records Crew. We’ve got amazing prizes to give away, but to win the prizes you have to draw along with us. Don’t worry, I’m a professional artist and I’m gonna give the kind of instruction you can easily follow along with. Plus you get to draw along with Sage Francis and his family of misfits. So gather your family of misfits around the Christmas tree or if you don’t celebrate this holiday of consumption then gather around a bucket and your telly to join us for a bit of drawing fun and a whole lot of holiday cheer. We open this episode in a discussion with Mopes & Jesse the Tree to explain what the prizes are, how you can win the prizes, and some of the rules of the drinking game….yes I said drinking game. Like last year’s holiday episode, I’ve gone and turned this into a drinking game as well. It’ll all be explained within seconds. The opening discussion will also give you some time to get yourself situated, to gather your drawing materials, your spectacles if ya need’em, and a beverage of your choice. Feel free to gather all your family around, cuz there’s tons of holiday cheer, but as an advisory, be aware that there may be some holiday spoilers, likely language not suitable for some and a few cock & balls jokes. So dump out the spoiled egg nog before you get salmonella, toss some salt on the doorstep before you kill the mail man, blow out the candles before you burn the house down and prepare yourself to becoming the next MC Escher. Knock Knock, who’s there, episode 78 of The DOD45 Show! Let’s go! Well, well, well what do we have here? Our guest this week is the delightful, the talented, the bottom-feeding media’s current punching bag, Taryn Manning!!!You heard me right, Taryn Manning. No she’s not a typical DOD45 guest, if there is such a thing, but we linked up with Taryn many months back due to her appearance in Atmosphere’s Okay music video and we’ve been planning to hang with her on the show since then.Who knew she was gonna break the internet with her comments about ‘Gold Juice’ on the Whitney Cummings podcast and who knew she was gonna get caught up in some “very interesting” Instagram drama….not us and certainly not her. But here’s what can be said in this intro, if you’re lookin’ to Troll this episode, by all means, but ya better watch the whole damn episode before you cherry pick.I don’t think you’re gonna have much to troll anyway, because Taryn is an absolute delight and we have an excellent discussion with her, while I draw her a Rhino gettin’ his revenge against the man. We share a mutual love of animals and Taryn mentions in this episode how she relates to the remarkable creature we humans call a Rhinoceros.I had a slew of our typical Sophie’s Choice questions in the cue & an entire line-up of questions I intended to ask of Taryn & probably only got to one of’em…What does that mean? That means, it was such an organic and interesting conversation that I didn’t have time to get to any of those questions, however Sage Francis did drop in for the Sage’s Social Media Lurk to ask Taryn about a social media post from 2012, cuz all you bottom feeders out there have lurked her current social media ad naseum, but Sage uncovers something that leads to a conversation with Taryn about Doin’ a number 2, dropping’ a deuce, laying’ pipe, laying bricks, aka pooping, a thing most all of us do but none of us made a mini-series out of like Taryn did.I also introduce an old game from when I was a kid Called MASH, and we tell Taryn’s future in an alternate life. IF your’e a fan of Taryn, I think you’re really gonna enjoy this episode & if you’re a troll or someone unfamiliar with Taryn, I think you’re gonna enjoy the episode just as much. A lot of random chat but we get to learn some other interesting things about Taryn through our Dish segment, asking Taryn of her Firsts, Worsts and Favorites. So grab a notepad, take some nails to all your leftover scratch-offs, kneel before the telly, have a sip of the Green Juice and enjoy this episode 78 of The DOD45 Show with Taryn MAnning. Why did the DOD45 Show cross the road? To get to episode 77 you nitwits!….Lookie what we have here. Finally! I’ve been wanting to have stand up comedians as DOD45 guests forever now, and it’s just our luck we landed one this week with our guest, comedian, content creator, Twitch streamer & self-described Weeb, Lisa Wallen!!!We have a very satisfying chat with Lisa, covering a plethora of things, including Jimmy Carr’s invitation to audience heckling, an old Madea joke of Lisa’s that prompted a shocking response from an audience member, her opinions on comedy today and comedy from the 90s, which she would rather visit on vacation, The Mona Lisa or The Great Wall of China and which celeb she’d rather have a date with out of Charlie Sheen in Wall Street or Leonardo Di Caprio in Wolf of Wall Street of which she begrudgingly chose one.You can expect some laughs, and you can expect we talk about anime and her recent trip to Japan, but you probably never imagined we also have conversation over people like Lee Majors, Lee Trevino, Lisa Simpson, Lisa Loud, who the fuck is Lisa Loud, Bruce Lee and Jet Li and how do you think Lisa answers the question if she’d rather be in a book club or a biker club? You’ll have to watch to find out.If you’re a fan of comedy, if your a fan of anime, if your a fan of Twitch streaming, what the hell am I getting at, if you’re a fan of our show, then slap some duct tape over your mouth, slip some tooth picks in your eyelids, dim the house lights, release whatever you have left in your guts now, so you don’t project it out of your non-duct-taped hole during this episode and enjoy our discussion with the hilarious and lovely Lisa Wallen on this episode 77 of The DOD45 Show. Whoa, whoa, whoa it's episode 76 of the DOD45 Show and our guests this week are Mugs and Pockets. Made up of Scarlet Monk & Soliloquists of Sound emcee, Swamburger. They've stopped in with us to have a good time, but also to promote some recent releases including Scarlet Monk's delightful album Labyrinthine and their debut album as a duo The Adventures of Mugs and Pockets. As per usual on the DOD45 we just chat it up with our guests allowing for our candid conversations of often random topics, to give you a sense of who they are as people and as artists. Some of the random names and topics to come up in our discussion are Scarface, David Letterman, David Bowie, Sonny & Cher, John & Yoko, Thelonious Monk, Hieronymus Bosch, Brooke Shields, Mel Brooks, The Monkees and Josie & the Pussycats.Obviously we discuss more than that, but you'll just have to watch the episode to hear it all.And what will be the answer of the Sophie's choice question that involves Bob's Burgers and Bob Ross? Your guess is as good as mine.Sage Francis drops in with a poignant question for the Sage's Social Media Lurk segment, that opens up a discussion about routes of promoting, think flyer canvasing, to promote live shows and together we wonder what the future holds for that.Mugs & Pockets are an ever evolving balance of experience, stylistic prowess, and genuine expression of sonic art that inspires and rouses dusty hearts....Now doesn't that sound tasty? So loosen up that corset, put out that stink of a cigar, trim up them nostril hairs, and roll up your sleeves to dig in on this episode 76 of the DOD45 Show with Mugs & Pockets. Peace. As Scroobius Pip would say, "welcome, welcome, welcome"… On this episode 74 of The DOD45 Show we welcome our guest Mestizo. He’s an underground rapper of the Machina Muerte family and the other half of one of my current favorites, A7PHA….a group that I’m willing to call a Super-Duo, of which Mestizo shares emcee duties with the legendary Doseone. We have a nice chill conversation with 'Stizo, talking’ bout A7PHA’s recent release, entitled Many Headed, (a brilliant EP). We also briefly chat about his coming from a long lineage of gangsters, including a gangsta grandma and he tells us a chilling experience he personally had with the spirit world. We also learn that Mestizo has a huge collection of quote, unquote “old-man” clothes and he tells the tale of a time he was on tour with Mopes and he told a Texas patrolman that they were a christian rap group that did rap for Christ to avoid getting a ticket. We have the utmost respect for anyone who has aligned themselves with our show, ostensibly leading into discussions of the deftness of Doseone and how lucky we all are, as listeners, to have the return of A7PHA. We also get to learn a lot more about Mestizo through The DOD45 Dish segment, with answers to Mestizo’s Firsts, Worsts and Favorites. All of that, plus a handful of Sophie's choice questions siting names like The B-52s, B-Real, Michael Rapaport as Remy, Minnie Driver, Faith Hill, Corpse Bride, Ray Charles, Jeremy Piven, Jeremy Renner and a handful of others. We hit it off real quick with Mestizo, which makes this one of them nice, concise, chill kind of chats. So throw the laundry in the bin, brush off the layers of base, holster your switchblades, line up your lazy eyes and zone in on this episode 74 of The DOD45 Show with Mestizo. You’re never gonna guess who we’re chattin’ with for this episode 73 of The DOD45 Show. When I say never, I mean never….I’ll end the suspense. Our guests this week are James Warren Jones aka The Reverend Jim Jones of the Peoples Temple and the controversially titled artist Edward Theodore Gein aka The Butcher of Plainfield…Say What? That’s gonna make for a dumpster fire of an episode. But in actuality, our guests this week are the dubiously mental Mr. Dibbs & his comrade in innovative musical experiences, Brett Fullerton, together known as INIM E.G. A secretive, but no so complex, moniker for their union. Come to think of it, with the revelation of the actual guests, there's still potential for a dumpster fire. You’re gonna find out. We recorded this discussion the day before Halloween, so in the spirit of the holiday, Dibbs and Fullerton turned up in full garb. On this episode I draw Mr. Dibbs a long anticipated concept of his, which none of his other artist homies were willing to touch, The fabulous Sir Elton John Wayne Gacy. When conversing with a mass murderer & a serial killer, it seemed to be the appropriate time to tackle a concept like this.As far as what to expect from this episode content-wise, it’s anybody’s guess. What I can tell you is that Sage Francis pops in for his Sage’s Social Media Lurk to question Dibbs about the infamous moment that Dibbs recorded himself smuggling a razor onto an airplane under his tongue. And mysteriously we have 2 different people claiming to be Mr. Dibbs, calling in with a question for the Question From Dibbs segment. We always have a great time hanging with these 2, and it’s not nonsense, our purpose is to also promote the 2nd 7” record of the 3 part series that I’ve done the cover art for. Limited presales of this album, of which I cannot pronounce the name of, are now being taken. I’ve had the pleasure of hearing it and it’s as you’d expect. Pure fire. And if I’m being honest, I’m quite happy with how the artwork turned out for the cover. Each album also comes with the 2nd limited edition print that lines up with the print from album 1 and they’ll unite with the 3rd 7” record when it comes out. Like some Voltron shit right there. This is another fun one. We also manage to squeeze in some discussions about people like Dog the Bounty Hunter, Steven Seagal, Steven Tyler, Forrest Gump, Forrest Whitaker, George Clooney, Brett Favre, Brett Michaels, Brad Paisley, Brad Pitt and Dibbs tells us a story about his shop teacher punching him in the face. Boom!Cellophane up your furniture, sharpen the knives, cue the security cams and prep the fire extinguisher for this episode 73 of The DOD45 Show with Brett Fullerton aka Ed Gein & Mr. Dibbs aka Jim Jones. Well here’s a bit of sweet news! Our guest this week is the Mighty Grouch from Grouch & Eligh and The Legendary Living Legends crew. Here to remind you about the highly anticipated full-album release from Living Legends called The Return, after nearly 18 years since their last album “Classic” and to also promote the upcoming 'How the Grouch Stole Christmas' tour, which this year features The Living Legends, Brother Ali, Reverie & DJ Fresh. For as long as I’ve been listening to the Grouch’s music it’s a real trip to be actually having a conversation with him and creating art for him. On this episode 72 of The DOD45 Show, I draw a Where the Wild Things Are themed piece with some of those pesky toy plastic bowling pins, that will make sense later in this episode. And In the intro, I give a detailed list of my many favorite Grouch tracks spanning over his 20+ years as an underground hip-hop artist on an impressive grind. With the Grouch we also discuss his 10 year stint living on the island of Maui, producing the Slug & Murs’ Felt Album: a Tribute to Christina Ricci, and he shares with us a list of very impressive people that he has the utmost respect for, which includes Erykah Badu, Leon Bridges, Ab-Soul, Slug, Mos Def and more.Sage Francis joins the conversation via the Sage’s Social Media Lurk segment, to ask about a Grouch post from 2012 which leads us into a discussion of what we deem to be proper social media etiquette. And Mr. Dibbs joins us through his segment to ask for clarification regarding a photograph of a gloriously dressed Grouch leering behind Dibbs in the backstage tunnel at the recent Atmosphere Red Rocks show. All of that and other mentions of things like Corey Haim & Corey Feldman, Zion-I, Monty Python, The Thing, Ash’s Severed Hand, Christina Ricci, Christina Aguilera, Jay Electronica, Blackalicious, Vanity, ET, Kris Kros, Brutus the Barber Beefcake, Yo Gabba Gabba and more. It’s a real honor for the Grouch to be lending us his time, so put away that curling iron, light up the mosquito coil, nuzzle up with bucket of buttered popcorn & turn your attention to this episode 72 of The DOD45 Show with The Grouch.ArtByTai.comDOD45.comStrangeFamousRecords.com#ArtByTai #TheGrouch #LivingLegends #StrangeFamousRecords #SFR #dod45 @ArtByTai @therealtherealgrouch

We’re in our 70’s with episode 71 of the DOD45 Show & our guest this week joins us from all the way over in England. It ain’t Benny Hill, it ain’t Hyacinth Buckt, it’s someone far more enjoyable, it’s the lovely, Buddy Peace.
Buddy is the In-house DJ for Strange Famous records, a megamix, finger drumming phenom and we are buzzing we had a chance to have a chat with him.We get into his music & even get a glimpse of his process in creating his Miles Davis mega mix Sons of Bitches, a complete dismantling & reconfiguring of the albums Bitches Brew & On the Corner in the style of Buddy which results in a phenomenal audible experience. We also play out a scenario of potential actors to play roles in the Buddy Peace Biopic, will it be Nick Nolte or Nick Cage to play Father Peace, will it be Nick Frost or Nick Offerman to play Scroobius Pip & who will get the honor of playing Buddy, Tom Hiddleston or Tom Hardy?Sure that all seem quite maddening, but as always, the DOD45 format allows for that madness to veer into deeper conversations. Kinds of conversations that I won’t give up in this 1 minute promo, but something I can share is that Sage Francis pops in to ask about a 2019 Buddy Peace post that actually has the word “chillax” in it. Hmmmm.Other names & topics to come up in this episode are Ron Perlman, Tom Waits, Themselves, L7, Giant Haystacks, Rob Zombie, Neil Breen, Piers Morgan, Buddy Holly, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Nuge, The Mighty Boosh, Cecil otter, Married With Children and yes, of course, The Young Ones. We even go on about Francis Ford Coppola’s criminally overlooked film The Conversation.Hey, I’m a dork for smashing beats & British panel shows like 8 out of 10 cats and Taskmaster and having someone on our show who encompasses the skills to provide said smash-beats & also produces a podcast that has had many of my favorite people from said panel shows as guests, was an exciting prospect and Buddy does not disappoint. Massively prolific rapper, 2Mex, with the Visionaries, Of Mexican Decent and The Shape Shifters, also legitimately affiliated with Project Blowed, sits in for a discussion with Tai & Adrienne on episode 68 of The DOD45 Show.On this episode @ArtByTai draws @2mextv992 his portrait with a mashup of Mister Mxyzptlk & Frankenhooker while they discuss how dope 2Mex's fan-base is, how important his friends were in his recovery from the loss of his leg due to complications with diabetes and how he manages to stay so positive at the face of adversity.2Mex also squeezes a flex on us regarding his Jeopardy knowledge & they discuss the recent crowd-funded campaign to help him get a much-needed new prosthetic leg.In true DOD45 fashion they talk a lot about cinema in this episode, with movies like True Lies, True Grit & True Romance and 2Mex also expresses his disgust with the quote, unquote "garbage movie" The Mexican and remarks on his appreciation for the Tarantino-stamped movie, Curdled. It’s a nice chill chat with 2Mex and As always, Tai hits him with a handful of hypotheticals and Sophie’s Choice questions and Sage Francis drops in with a social media lurk about a 2Mex tweet from 2014 regarding Big Sean and Slug of Atmosphere. It’s the start of Series 6 and this is our first episode back from our break, which results in some format switch ups, new graphics and a new segment called “The Dish” firsts, worsts and favorites, giving us answers to 2Mex’s first celebrity crush, his least favorite color, his favorite comedian, and so much more. ArtByTai draws a rabbit-themed piece for rabbit appreciator & artist phenom Greg "Craola" Simkins.Dare I say it, yes I do, It simply doesn't get any better than this. On this episode of the DOD45 show we are pleasantly treated with the presence of Greg "Craola" Simkins & we explore all things Craola, including the short film "I'm Scared" based on Craola's characters and stories and some acrylic painting tips. But the burning question we have for him is, Is Oswald a mouse or is Mickey a rabbit? Craola confidently says he's a rabbit, but we suggest that's debatable. And hey, d'ya ever wonder how to get an artist to honestly discuss their artworks? ...well, we spend a moment pointing some things that you probably definitely shouldn't say, if you want an honest answer from the artist your talking to. Or maybe ya don't care at all, so maybe you should be the one doing the "art"ing.Craola is a human/artist that really doesn't need an introduction or any additional accredited boosting from us, so lemme just tell ya some random things that do come up in this conversation. Greg the Hammer Valentine, A Simple Plan, Talk Soup, The Lion King, Hieronymus Bosch, Frank the Rabbit, Can't Be Stopped, Tony Hawk, JNCO jeans, Burl Ives, My Bloody Valentine, Studio Ghibli, Tim Burton, Baseball cards, Mad Magazine, Garbage Pail Kids, Bob Dob, Juxtapoz, the Deviates, Zelda, Jughead, DND, Stan Lee & one of Craola's best pals Alex Pardee. It's Craola so we obviously talk about art & his artwork, but if you have an inkling of intrigue in hearing Craola speak on the previous topics, then put the car in park, cool the radiator, bury your burner phone, slip into something more comfortable & ease your soul with this episode of the DOD45 Show with Greg "Craola" Simkins. @ArtByTai draws a cyber-punk Max from Where the Wild Things Are themed piece while he & Adrienne have a chat with DJ Abilities. @djabilities2976 . On this episode of the DOD45 show, we’re graced with the presence of the one and only #DJAbilities aka Max!It’s been over 13 years since the untimely passing of #Eyedea and DJ Abilities has fielded every possible question that could be garnered in that time frame, so we choose to go a different route with our discussion by diving into topics ranging from #AliceInChains’ fabulous #JarOfFlies album to our guilty pleasure TV shows. We also get to hear about Max’s recent solo album, #PhonographPhoenix which leads into a brief discussion about #JordanKlepper, a high ranking DJ Abilities fan who is also probably currently neck deep in craziness with all that’s goin’ on in the New City of York. The always intriguing & fellow #1200Hobos member, @mrfuckingdibbs briefly joins us, in recovery from a hot-oil accident brought on by misunderstanding Max’s hot yoga instructions and he provides us with a handful of "True or False" questions regarding on-tour slap boxing shenanigans between himself, Eyedea & Abilities and how hip-hop mosh-pits became a thing,And @therealsagefrancis drops in to lurk Max’s Twitter feed, focussing on a tweet from 2016 about air travel & the weirdos he’s encountered. There’s so much more discussed, like #Nas' #Illmatic, #Transhumanism, #Nirvana, burning nag champa, long-hair living, mask-wearing as a performer, living a mantra in the likes of Marcus Aurelius' #stoicism and Max’s recent appreciation for #TechHouse and #BassHouse music. You've been a fan of DJ Abilities forever now, but you've never heard him in a conversation like this. That's what the #DOD45 show is here for. To provide you with interesting discussions with some of your favorite creatives. You’re never gonna guess what we get to do on this episode of The DOD45 Show, but don’t waste anymore of your precious time trying to figure it out cause we're gonna tell you right now. We get to hang out with the one and only barfly. Yes, that’s right you heard it correctly. Barfly of Oldominion, Floods, Candys .22, Saturday Knights, Norman, Nite owls, Inhalant, and so many others, Also author of the book that has been recently occupying @ArtByTai 's wandering mind, Winding Up Strangers in Bars. We talk about his book, we talk about his music, we talk about his moniker "Barfly", which was initially ascribed to transient writer #CharlesBukowski, but now maybe not so much, as he seems to be leaning more towards Barf Loko, but not the Barf from #Spaceballs & not a loco from Cypress Hill. Ya know what else, we talk about #WayneNewton, #OliviaNewtonJohn, and the potential for the music industry making a return to being a cultural & social experience that isn’t for profit! Barfly’s a wise individual & sure we have some playful banter about Norm & Barney, Jeff Ross & Jeff Foxworthy, but we also don’t shy away from some metaphysical chat either.Don’t kid yourself folks. Barfly is an anomaly, in a good way...his style is like no other & you can hear him spittin’ bars alongside people like #OnryOzzborn, #Existereo, Smoke & Sleep of #Oldominion & soon, maybe we’ll all be lucky enough to hear the music he’s been making with Hyena under the name Inhalant! @therealsagefrancis slides into the episode to question Barfly on his rarely operated Twitter feed and @mrfuckingdibbs , who’s told us personally that Barfly is one of his favorite rappers, pops in talkin’ about flapping gums & bouncing lips around, to ask Barfly about Midwestern Mystery Tradition, or in other words, things that went down back in the day. We thoroughly enjoyed this conversation & hope you will as well. With Barfly fielding an FMK scenario involving #WillieNelson, #CraigTNelson and #JuddNelson, we're sure you will. Now we're gonna go pop on our Barfly Floods Temple of Abraxa CD, throw our feet up on the coffee table & read Barf Loko’s book Winding Up Strangers in Bars, while we wait for you to get your act together & click on the links to watch this episode of the DOD45 Show with Barfly!ArtByTai.comDOD45.comConcussCreations.com

And they discuss some of their artist friends from the Big Easy, @sk8_romain_fine_art, @gheeyom, Joshua Lee Studios & @lorenzfineart in regards to how Katrina affected them, spawn by their recent R&R weekend in New Orleans. And Tai goes off on the people who’ve ghosted him in response to his requests of having them guest on The DOD45. They also lament over the awfulness that is airline travel, people needing to share their every moment including their security camera footage, and comedians complaining about a “war on comedy”. This BKPR episode has been completely reedited with our new graphics and with some unseen footage from the first discussion. It has has new intros and outros from ArtByTai and Adrienne. Though it's a rewind of the episode 4, it actually plays as an entirely new episode. This version has been cut down to 2 1/2 hours which means there is still an hour and a half on the cutting room floor. That being said, this cut was focused more on keeping in funny, interesting parts of the discussion and what is relevant to today, with less of a concern on a linear narrative. In other words, it's full of laughs and goes off the rails from time to time. ENJOY!

On this episode 43 of the DOD45 show, fresh out of almost retiring, @Illogic614 returns with @ArtByTai and Adrienne to discuss his recent album The Transition.
One of Illogic’s favorite film directors is Christopher Nolan, which inspires Tai to draw him a picture based on the independent film Memento.
Illogic sets the record straight of who played Batman best, and who did it the worst. He also shares his favorites to play The Joker.
They also envision scenarios of what kind of music Illogic could make collaborating with people like Billie Eilish or Billie Holiday.
And we learn that Illogic loves pasta, but is that enough to lessen his dislike for Guy Fieri and Tai asks the question, does Cincinnati Chili qualify as pasta?……It is a spaghetti base.
Mr. Dibbs hits Illogic with an astounding question that sparks some laughter and we learn about some very ambiguous laws in the state of Ohio.
And finally, would Illogic be a better character in a Kill Bill movie or a Bill & Ted’s movie? He answers that and other mental questions about Mork & Mindy, Mindy Kaling & pigeon feeding.....
So twist your head back in Kilter, abandon trying to figure out the movie Tenet & enjoy this discussion with Illogic, aka Jawhar Glass on this episode of The DOD45 Show.

Sage also reiterates his valid position regarding Spotify and he also shares a hilarious story of the time his grandma took him to see the movie Gremlins when he was 8.
They deliberate over lyrical content of 2 Live Crew & other rap groups of the 90s and how that music is looked at in today's era.
Sage shares his top 3 favorite holiday rap songs and 3 favorite holiday movies which somehow ventures into a discussion about Lucinda Dickey, the movie Ninja 3 and MacGruber.
Sage may spark controversy with his position on Die Hard being labeled as a Christmas movie and he also has a message for Mr. Dibbs via our Question From Dibbs segment, regarding his beard-clippings which were obtained by Dibbs at a Scribble Jam many years ago.
And finally some very exciting announcements are made regarding Sage's long awaited podcast, The Hard Lurk, upcoming Strange Famous projects and most exciting, a Strange Famous festival in Denver in 2023? Yes please!

It's the first episode of Season 4, episode 37. A last minute cancellation turns into a visit from Mr. Dibbs.
Dibbs = good time and on this episode what was supposed to be a short 15 minute episode where Tai, Adrienne and Dibbs share their top 3 favorite musicians and top 3 favorite movies, turned into a 4 hour long discussion about many things and even includes a pop-in from Slug & Dibb's better half, Laura. We managed to trim the episode down to an hour and a half. Deja-vu!
Tai just doodles in this episode while they end up having discussions about lab grown meat, Walmart, Outer Range, Bulldogs, Josh Brolin, Denzel Washington, knives, brass knuckles, Ka, highest price paid for a record and Chipotle....and Slug drops in inverted.
An hour & and half or more was chopped from the episode that broadcasts, so even though you'll miss out on a ton of laughs from that, you can be assured that you're gonna still have a great time listening in to the hour and a half that we're presenting ya with. Enjoy!

On this episode of Drawing Over Discussions Tai sits down with Awol One, an indie hip-hop artist and graphic designer out of East L.A. who Tai has legitimately been a massive fan of for nearly 20 years now. Awol One seemingly creates nonstop, with over 20 albums on his discography, he doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon. The dude is a music machine. We love it.
On this episode Tai & Awol One discuss Awol's Beetlejuice fandom, some of his favorite visual artists, skateboarding, screenprinting, tattoos, and money management.
They also discover if Awol One has the ability to save your life if you were choking in front of him. They really run the gamut on this episode & we learn about an upcoming craft beer collaboration between Hip Hop Craft, a beer brewer in LA and The Cloaks, which is a hip-hop duo that is Awol One and Gel Roc. They’re releasing a new IPA called "The Cloakwork Orange," in conjunction with The Cloaks new album. The link to the new album will be on a QR Code on the beer label itself, which is an all-around brilliant idea. Tai mentioned in a discussion with Cas-one on a previous DOD45 episode, that Awol One is one of his all-time favorite emcees possessing the nomenclature "One" in his name.

On this episode of #DOD45 Tai chats with someone he has admired since his early days of #skateboarding in the late 1980s. Legendary pro skater, formerly of the original H-Street team, #RonAllen. Though he didn't necessarily know it at the time, Ron Allen paved the way for people of color in the world of skateboarding. By doing what he loved, Ron helped skateboarding become the diverse sport we recognize today, which made it's debut in the 2021 summer Olympics.
Tai & Ron get right into the thick of it and talk about everything from music, to taking advantage of street skating without the presence of security guards during the pandemic, to continuing to be a pro skater well into his late 50s, as well as discussing some of the racism Ron faced as a skater.
Ron talks about how he had to work off his debt to Thrasher Magazine, how being in cheer taught him to be more professional as a pro skater and how he was forced to choose between having dreadlocks or continuing cheer in college. They also speak on the difference between street skating vs. skate park riding and also competing against yourself.
Ron Allen recently relaunched his skateboard company American Dream Inc. Skateboards and gets into why it's essential to support and be supported by your local skate shops.
Be sure to frequent your local skate shop and while you're there look for or request the American Dream Inc brand to show your love to Ron and the good work he's doing with American Dream.

On this episode Tai's guest is a lyrical phenom & crafty cadenced emcee out of Columbus, Ohio, Illogic.

Illogic is an incredibly busy man with an inspiring work ethic. He’s a producer, writer, emcee, podcast co-host, photographer, and a family man who steps into projects and life with the utmost integrity. In this episode Tai draws a grotesque #GarbagePailKids drawing while in discussion with hip-hop musician, lyricist & founder of Fake Four, Inc, Ceschi Ramos AKA Ceschi.
This episode includes the new visual format where the screen never goes away from the drawing, so you can watch it the whole way through. Join Ceschi & Tai for what is supposed to be a 45 minute discussion (the conversation was going so well, the drawing hadn't yet been done by the buzzer-time & they both agreed to add 15 more minutes to the timer) and watch Tai draw "Francesco Four Fingers" a Garbage Pail Kid type character in honor of one of Ceschi best friends & illustrator of Ceschi's album Fake Flowers, Jonny Nagel, who unfortunately passed away in 2019.
