This episode celebrates a milestone in Adam's Culinary Career...10 years as a Red Seal endorsed Chef! Its been a long journey so far...and there is still lots more to travel. Industry experience, Culinary School, Apprenticeship...all of those steps led Adam to completing his RSE (Red Seal Endorsement) on April 30, 2011.
Since then, over the past 10 years, he has continued to gain as much experience as possible to round out his skills and now, with our entrepreneurial endeavors ahead of us, he will get to use everything he has learned along the way.

We had to have an episode where we talk about our cats...so get ready to listen to us chat about the other half of our little family. AJ & Tucker, our little fur babies, just turned 3 on April 1st (our little April Fools) and bring so much joy into our lives! In 2020, we spent a lot of time at home....with the boys...and we might have turned them into cute little monsters! Now, we might have to spend the rest of our lives no less than 5 meters away...or find some way to transport them around with us everywhere we go!

From early in life, her Nonnas' would show her the value of independence and self-sufficiency which would carry her through her early career. After achieving a degree from Carleton University in Criminology, and her years as a Private Eye, she had the time and patience to figure out that a good work/life balance is an important part of what she defines as Success.

To open season 2, we invited our friends Bryan & Emily on to Our Hodgepodgecast! They are all the way over on the East Coast, in Halifax, and we recorded it from 7000km away through zoom! One thing we realized early in the year, was that we, and most of the world, would be living through a period of loss of control.
