My Podcast is about random thoughts and insights on life. So many thoughts come through my mind, and I like to create insight on how to challenge them as opposed to letting them get the best of me. Stop in and take a listen, I'm also open to what thoughts you might have on the topics.

I stumbled on some notes I had jotted down on a paper some time ago. And as I was rereading them today they really resonated in me and inspired me to share them. After reading them again I did a reflection on my life and felt very grateful. So grateful that I had to share it in a episode. I hope they resonated with you as well and that you too can reflect and come to that sense of gratitude. Or maybe you discover that there's still work to be done in certain areas of your life. Which ever it may be, I wish you much blessings going forward. Namaste.

On Sundays I like to recap my week and set my schedule for the coming week. This weekend I was alone in a good way and I found myself doing a whole life reflection. We need these days to really inventory ourselves. What we find is that we sometimes take things/people for granted. I'm looking forward to this shift in my life, and gaining another year of wisdom. Namaste. Movie Credit: The Shift by Dr Wayne Dyre.

In this episode I share of how I learned to play guitar. From the Rock band KISS, to my dad's guitar, to my first guitar, and to me making it on stages in the local scene. I want to thank my brother Vince for turning me on to KISS, my dad for buying me my first guitar and amp, my cousin Bernard for teaching me my first piece from a Slayer song, my cousin Leon for teaching me how to read tablature, and last, but not least, my bro Gabe who I get up on those stages with. I love the guitar, and I encourage new guitarists to keep learning and becoming the best they can be. It's been an awesome journey in my path as a rhythm guitarist and musician.

As I was making pancakes this morning I was amazed at how following simple cooking instructions helped my pancakes to come out perfect! With that I also was inspired to think about how goal setting and using measurable steps to reach those goals was also important. It's easy to get distracted in life and so we need to stay focused!
