This week: Biden and Harris are sworn in as President and Vice President, Democrats take the Senate majority with Bernie Sanders as Budget Chair, Trump shows his fake populism on the way out the door, the future of Trumpism is in question, the media’s obsession with the Democratic Establishment and the Biden Administration is on now full display, Biden signs thirty executive orders, Georgia voters feel betrayed, and CNN admits that they basically want to censor independent media. These past two weeks: The Covid-19 vaccines begin to roll on in, the electors meet and vote for Biden, speculation arises over Trump in the lame duck period, Trump pardons the wrong people (when he should be pardoning Assange and Snowden), Biden picks more cabinet positions, Nina Turner announces her bid for Congress- and Andrew Yang for NYC mayor, a stimulus deal is passed even after Trump threatened a veto, and the runoff campaigns in Georgia near the finish line. This week: Senator Loeffler and Reverend Warnock go at it in the Georgia senate runoff debate- as well as Ossoff and an empty podium, the Covid-19 vaccine looks like it has finally arrived, Nancy Pelosi finds a way to get mad at the media when asked about her failed stimulus negotiations, the nail in Trump’s election coffin has been hammered shut, YouTube and social media decide that they always know best, Brandon Bernard is executed- as the death penalty comes into controversy once more, the Republican split continues- but it seems more one sided than ever before, Josh Hawley and Bernie Sanders bring faith back to humanity, and Andrew Yang leads in a NYC mayoral poll. This week (or 2 weeks for that matter): Covid-19 keeps spiking- and stimulus and vaccines move forward slowly, our leaders continue to show their blatant hypocrisy, Trump contests an increasingly impossible election- as more and more states continue to certify results and the GOP split looks more and more likely, the House results come to a close, while the battle for Senate ensues, more evidence of Andrew Yang and others being silenced by the media during the primary comes out, Biden’s “diverse, but corporate” cabinet begins to roll in (as I predicted), the quadrennial debate over the electoral college begins, and the house votes to legalize marijuana. This week: Donald Trump pretends that he won the elections- and he might create his own news station and run in 2024, Covid-19 is on the rise like never before, Biden begins to release his new “diverse” staff and cabinet, Democrats fail abysmally in the election- and it may be due to a new trend, Bill Maher gives an interesting take on why the Democrats did so poorly, the Georgia election runoff tension continues- and speculation arises over wethere Reverend Warnock is anti-Israel, Trump “withdraws” troops from Iraq and Afghanistan- and Democrats get mad for the wrong reasons, Nancy Pelosi looks like she’ll cruise to re-election as speaker, but it comes with some good news, and the right goes crazy over Harry Styles, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. We’ll get into all of this and much more in this first ever episode of The Matan Berg Show.
