Welcome to the Gwen and Damo Show! We are privileged to have Tony Mueller on the show. Tony is 61 years old living his best life wing foiling in Idaho. A pioneer in Idaho learning wing foiling on his own. He started winging 2 years ago in some challenging conditions, typical of mountain lakes. Gusty winds, unpredictable weather, and quite inconsistent winds. Tony is making the best of it and wing foils a few times a week, all year around, even if it means wearing a dry suit in 15 degree air temperatures. Tony shares with us his philosophy on how he overcame the difficulty of learning this new sport with no prior wind sports experience.
His message is clear, get out there as much as you can and don't give up!
