my name is Tosh. and i am a 20-year-old Black womxn in college trying to figure out my twenty-somethings. i am hoping to cultivate a virtual safe space for other Black womxn and femme. i am hoping to make us feel seen. comforted. and validated in a world where we are constantly dismissed and put last. i will have conversations ranging from my undergraduate experience as a pre-med student, to mental health, and to the things that keep me up late at night. it's gonna be a fun time. and a good time.

in this week's episode, i have a conversation about my religious and spiritual experiences and perspectives. i primarily grew up a Christian-based household, where the religious practices were quite toxic. i talk about the ways that my Christian upbringing traumatized me and elicited fear and anxiety within me. i spend the second half of the podcast talking about where my religious and spiritual beliefs currently are and the ways that i have grown (and am still growing) since childhood.
